150 balles une robe, bon, mais pour la renvoyer c’est une grosse blague.
Il ne rembourse 90% du prix, c’est à nous de l’envoyer via la poste à nos frais également. Avec des explications incompréhensible

I absolutely love my dress from Chicsew. I had top tier customer service from the beginning to delivery of my dress. Communication was consistent and they helped me when I ran into problems with my dress. I highly recommend Chicsew to any bride looking for dresses for their bridesmaids.

J’ai commandé une robe sur mesure, pour ne pas avoir d’erreur niveau taille car le site n’accepte pas de retour. Au final je me retrouve avec une robe qui ne correspond absolument pas aux mensurations fournies au moment de l’achat.
Je contact donc le service client pour un remboursement intégral, on me dit donc de justifier que la taille de la robe reçue ne correspond pas aux mensurations
souhaitées. Chose faite, suite à cela on me propose une compensation de seulement 20 euros alors qu’initialement j’ai choisie la robe sur mesure pour éviter ce genre de problème.

Je met 1 étoile parce que c’est obligatoire pour pouvoir écrire mais je suis tellement déçue et énervée je suis demoiselle d’honneur dans moins de 2 semaine j’ai commandé début février en express pour avoir le temps d’essayer la robe et beh non c’est pas possible car je n’ai toujours rien reçu on demande des informations sur le suivi on nous dit que c’est parti avec un numéro dhl or quand on les appelle ils nous disent que le colis et toujours chez l’expéditeur pour que ensuite l’expéditeur après plusieurs mails nous dit que le colis et peut-être parti et que du coup ça devrait normalement arriver déçue déçue le mariage arrive toujours rien

Ils disent qu'ils envoient les robes mais ne le font pas. La livraison express ne sert strictement à rien. La personne avec qui on communique est juste une menteuse. Ce sont des escrocs ,pour une qualité plus que médiocre en plus. Passez votre chemin vraiment

While they did have an unusual odor, I recieved the dresses no problem, and without tariffs. They fit perfectly. This is my second time ordering with your company and it won't be my last!

I ordered the Chicsew Poliy mother-of-the bride dress and am SO happy with it. It is gorgeous! The material seems like it's good quality so that it is not see-through. It fits to size. I plan to have the length altered locally, but that is normal. I would rather it be too long than too short. They contacted me to confirm the color/size before they made it. I will definitely keep this site in mind the next time I need a formal, affordable dress. It was cheaper than any bridal store I went to for what I envisioned wearing.

WHERE ARE MY DRESSES? Delivery was supposed to be February 20th on rush order ?

I ordered 6 bridesmaids dresses on rush order in January.. its now March and I have had no contact since the confirmation email. I've sent numerous emails, completed contact forms via website and have had no response at all. I'm now concerned that this shop may be a scam.

Update...after leaving a bad review and made a complaint through paypal review miraculously the company began to communicate. They said they were waiting for a "customer" to send me the dresses as my order had been sent to the wrong place. *unbelievable* matter was concluded by refund given and unsurprisingly no dresses ever turned up.* my review remains to order at your own risk.
