My dress looks amazing! I did the custom fit and it was definitely the way to go. If it's so well. It was delivered pretty quickly. I am very happy with my dress.

Easy to find and measure what was needed, also easy to find the cost to expedite.

It was too complicated the screen kept flipping and adding the same dress more than once. Very wasn't a very good selection in the material and color that I needed. It took me over two hours to add my dress to the cart this was the most frustrated experience EVER!!

The company is very great, and it was here very quick, I love the dress just not for me.

Dress was huge I sent in my size with measurements I couldn’t wear the dress at all and the customer service reps were not helpful at all they told me I don’t wear the size I requested I’m pretty sure I know what size I wear it was awful I don’t recommend there were no accommodations or refunds no help at all

I have received personal emails making sure that my order is correct and that I am ordering the right fabric color and I like that personal service where they really care about my order

Terrible customer service.
Had to buy two dresses because they messed up my first dress. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. Still trying to get a refund and they are making it next to impossible.

I didn’t like the material. The dress ran way too small. & you can’t return the dress. If you try to they make you pay almost the same amount you spent on the dress just to have it shipped back to the company.

My dress came fast and fit me very well! I did not do custom sizing I just prayed and hoped for the best! Communication was amazing on their side, I got some email's on when they would start making my dress!

This site really does need someone who speaks and understands English because they made ordering my dress so difficult for me due to me being a plus size girlie. I usually only wear a 16/18 in clothes. Instead of them sending me the size 20 that I wanted; they insisted I go get measurements (twice) and still sent me a oversized dress

I would rate it a 0 but apparently I have to put a star. This company is absolutely terrible. My dress was not the measurements on which I sent for my body. When I reached out, I was told that my measurements are obviously not to my body. Which I found just plain crazy. I ordered a bridesmaid dress that I really needed for a wedding. I had issues with the delivery as well as I got the run around for 2weeks and when I got a package, it was the wrong merchandise. I finally got my dress to find out that it did not fit at all. Not only that, no one was able to alter the dress as the sewing pattern was unable to be followed and it was double lined. Long story short, I had to purchase another dress and was out of $175 which was the cost of the dress and shipping. I reached out to speak to them about it but they refused to give me a refund. I couldn’t send it back for alterations due to my lost package. I didn’t have time to send it back for alterations.
DO NOT order from this site! You will be disappointed and they have terrible customer service.

I did custom sizing. And the measurements came out perfect. They also communicate with you right before they start making the dress to confirm they size you gave them one last time.

Chicsew provided my bridesmaid with dresses for my wedding and they were absolutely beautiful. Customer service was amazing and very prompt with responses. I am happy this was one thing I didnt have to worry too much about.
