Price was changed but happy with outcome
Once I ordered and paid I received an email to say that the price on the website was incorrect and I needed to pay more. While I felt that the company should have owned the mistake and split the difference with me (at least) I decided that the price of my tiles was far better than I could get elsewhere even with the increase.
After that everything was delivered in good order and when promised. So good service there.

I have placed an order online for the tiles showing available and in stock, my money were taken. After a week and a half I received an email that my order is refunded
No word of explanation why. Very unprofessional way of running the business. Fortunately so many other tile shops I don't have to deal with chictiles any more.

Hi Anna. We're sorry you had a bad experience with us. We received your order on the 14th of January. The refund has been made on the 17th of January, along with the email. We are sorry that you didn't received the email sent to you explaining the reason of the refund. The product was discontinued and we couldn't proceed with your order. There was an error in our system showing that the product was in stock and we apologise for this. We are working on our website to update all of our products as the factories have discontinued a lot of products this year. We aim to provide the best service to all our customers, and we promise not to let this happen again.

Hi Robert, Sometimes it happens that during transport, especially the tiles being very fragile, break. With us it's easy and simple we refund or replace all damage. We like to have satisfied and happy customers.
Excellent support online
Excellent support online, Claudia was very helping with chosing tiles, she was very responsive. The tiles I wanted weren't available until December which was annoying because it took a lot of time chosing. A note saying they weren't immediately available would have been better. I ordered adhesive, grout and leveling compound and these arrived after tiles which was not practical and the adhesive was very slow setting so I had to buy more locally so the tiler could finish the second day and not run into a third as he had a very large area to cover.

Unfortunately not all the tilers love the fast setting adhesive and for this reason if it's not specified on the order we don't send it out.
