Excellent service
I was having difficulty sourcing the tiles I wanted at other shops in the amount I needed. Claudia was very helpful and quick at answering any questions, even on a Sunday.
The tiles were reasonable priced and arrived far earlier then I expected, in excellent condition. I would recommend and use Chic tiles again.

Very good quality Tiles. Got them after 2 weeks of order from Spain to Ireland. I would definitely recommend the company to someone looking for good quality porcelain tiles.

Damaged order but helpful customer service
Our first order was smashed to pieces, not a single box of tiles was salvageable. We contacted ChicTiles and after sending photos of the damage a new order was sent out as a replacement.
In the end we were happy with our tiles and chictiles were helpful and responsive to solve the problem. I would probably order again because their prices were interesting and it’s possible that the shipping mishap was a one off.
