Dopo aver noleggiato un film, non si sentiva l'audio. Praticamente ho scoperto che
l'assistenza non esiste, e dopo quasi un mese non hanno effettuato alcun rimborso. Consiglio a tutti di non usarlo.

Omg, the most frustrating and user unfriendly thing ever. I never got past the log in stage on TV and tried for half an hour. I don't understand why it's been made so difficult to create and link account from Web to TV. In this day and age that's just insanely frustrating and I've got no time or patience for this. I've got other options, so never mind Chili..

Decido di utilizzare il servizio (prima e ultima volta) per acquistare un film, per la precisione "Master & Commander", alla modica cifra di € 9.99.
Comincio a vedere il film su una Smart TV Philips di nuovissima generazione e ogni 10 minuti esatti parte la pubblicità, ben 4 spots alla volta ogni 10 minuti. Gli spots, quasi tutte le volte, bloccano la visione del seguito del film costringendomi ad uscire, risorbirmi la pubblicità, seguire gli ultimi 30 secondi del film da dove si era interrotto, ancora una volta i 4 spots pubblicitari e finalmente il seguito del film. Inoltre non mi faceva fare il download. A scanso di equivoci, la mia linea internet è in fibra superveloce. Un disastro, assolutamente scandaloso. Ma quello che trovo ancor più insopportabile è che, segnalato il problema con una recensione negativa su "play store", vengo invitato a contattare l'assistenza per chiarire l'accaduto. Invio una mail all'assistenza CHILI TV e mi rispondono per email con il seguente contenuto:

effettuare il download è possibile solamente dai dispositivi mobile, eseguendo le indicazioni riportate in questa FAQ.
Relativamente invece alla pubblicità, non dovrebbe presentarsi in quanto hai acquistato il contenuto. Se la visualizzi, puoi inviarci un breve video, in modo da effettuare dei controlli interni?"
A questo punto vado a rivedere e trovo tutto corretto e sistemato.
Non trovo aggettivi per qualificare chi gestisce CHILI TV. Loro sanno benissimo che ho dovuto tribolare per vedere il film, ma hanno corretto gli errori e hanno fatto finta di niente cercando di farmi passare per visionario. Il più scarso dei gestori TV avrebbe quantomeno garantito il recupero di quanto speso sotto forma di credito, ma questi sono veramente sottozero. Io non acquisterò mai più nulla da questi sprovveduti e spero che questa mi testimonianza possa aprire gli occhi a tante altre persone.
PESSIMI, DEVONO CHIUDERE E CAMBIARE MESTIERE.

There are plenty of things to watch in pretty much all categories. I’m somewhat happy with the selection however, there are plenty I’ve tried to watch that has sound but no picture. I was watching Game of Thrones for a few days worked great then all of a sudden there was audio and NO picture, I sent a message to the technical/repair department, received a email back saying they would check into it and two weeks later still nothing and I still can’t watch this series. I paid up front for a year but not sure I could recommend Chill tv yet.

Trying to watch a show and it keeps spinning every 2-3 mins. Chat said problem but this has been happening last ½ hr. This seems to happen a lot. Reading other reviews I too would like subtitles and some will have some then stop then start again. Got one the other day in a foreign language, no good to me. Most channels show no information so need to go to each channel and if not what I want to watch start all over again. I would really like a refund as this is a waste of money. Might be cheap but there are other sources that are better. I've been shutting it down at night and all the other settings and it's still almost impossible to watch a movie without interruptions. I tried Chilli years ago, but was unimpressed. But I recently won codes at mcdonalds, for free movies. Perfect.

To watch the films, you need the app on your phone, and then you cast it to your TV. But the app won't let you choose a film, it tells you to goto the website to choose, then return to watch it.

So you Google the website, find a movie, then goto select it. But it detects you have the app, so takes you there. That tells you to go to the website.

In the end, after nearly an hour's back and fourth, I deleted the app, chose my movie, reinstalled the app, and watched the movie.

What a farce. I've used my free movies now, and deleted the app. I don't know how it stays in business.

I film si possono ascoltare solo in italiano. Devo dire che il servizio clienti mi ha risposto subito, molto gentili ma non potevano farci niente per la lingua originale. Inoltre non ci sono sottotitoli in nessuna lingua (si dovrebbe avere più attenzione per persone con deficit uditivi, i sottotitoli possono essere importanti). Non è possibile il recesso.

Chili è una truffa legalizzata ho avuto due esperienze negative, la prima, dopo aver acquistato il film e non sono riuscito a vederlo e mi hanno dato delle risposte non convincente, secondo, ho noleggiato lo stesso film e non ho potuto e vedere fino alla fine... Chili è una truffa

Mai più. Non sono riuscita a vedere la fine del film pagato e scelto a causa di molteplici problemi descritti con numeri e problemi loro, vari e incomprensibili.
Soldi buttati. Nervoso. Anche basta .

X la risposta che mi avete dato sinceramente non ho parole.
Ma almeno le leggete le recensioni.
Io vi ho detto di aggiornare i film e non ho detto che ho problemi a vederli.

All good. Found my favourite film, cheaper than elsewhere. Easy to buy, easy to watch. Handy.

Acquisto un film e non posso scaricarlo... Chiedo all'assistenza e mi viene detto che è possibile farlo solo da Android e iOS. Per cominciare tale affermazione è falsa. Non posso scaricare il film acquistato dall'app in quanto manca il tasto download come specificato nel tutorial. Ma poi perché non permettere di scaricarlo da pc? perchè devo guardare un film dal telefono?
Assistenza inutile. Chiesto rimborso. Assolutamente sconsigliato.

For nearly 3 weeks now I've been chasing Chili as each time I try to login on my TV using the laptop or smartphone via chilidotcom/ TV it just takes you to an External Management login which is clearly for admin and not for users/customers. I referred to the HELP section of the chili.com website and there was nothing to help resolve the issue. I have emailed Customer Service and also messaged them on Facebook multiple times now but received nothing....v poor.

Moltissimi film che sembrano presenti in libreria, però il "contenuto attualmente non disponibile nel catalogo". Quindi non posso vedere il film.

Absolute garbage, wouldn't give it 1 star where do I start with this took ages to set up then bought a movie and it kept bouncing back to shop page, when it did start and paused it thought I'd come back later guess what can't log in keeps saying email and password is wrong even when I reset my password. I'll save u all time it's not worth it not even if you've got a code for a free movie save the stress and hassle quicker doing it through amazon prime.

Da diversi giorni da TV Samsung la piattaforma non mi permette di vedere nulla, i film gratis non partono. Ok la gratuità, ma almeno dovrebbe permettere di vedere il film con la pubblicità

I received a free rental code from Vodafone for Chili and thought I’d try it out to watch a movie.

Before I start, I’d like to give some context and add that like many of us I use a number of legitimate streaming services, Netflix, Amazon prime, Disney etc.

For our internet we use a virgin media and have a high download rate and speed from our ISP.

I chose to rent the John wick 4 movie and the site itself was simple to use and select a movie (great start).

After 2 mins of searching arching the movie the buffering commenced and repeated for a minute a time every few minutes. By my math this would have added an extra hour to a 3hr film.

After giving it a chance for 10 mins I rest our router then tried again with the same result. I then tried their competition and all works seamlessly.

Their site simply gives indicator that it’s our fault and not theirs. By checking the reviews this doesn’t seem isolated and likely why they are giving a free rental to Vodafone when their tech and servers simply are not up to scratch.

Anyway I’ve wasted more time than I’d like to simply to help save others the time and potentially money on a service which is substandard.

If you had the honesty to show when your severs can/can’t handle the traffic I would give you more credit but to only play a blame game and state it is only ever the end user at fault is shameful

Mesi fa ho visto aggiornato il sistema e non era più disponibile la wishlist su smarttv; ora è tornata disponibile, ma ultimamente sono stati rimossi dal catalogo un sacco di titoli, e di caratura, per giunta.
Non mi va di aprire account ovunque e avere film sparsi qua e là, ma spero vivamente che i titoli rimossi dal catalogo vengano reintegrati, anche perché ne sono stati rimossi tantissimi. Nel complesso niente male, ma vedere che metà dei titoli inseriti in wishlist non sono più disponibili non è il massimo.

I called on 7/12/2023 and spoke to Lacey at the Chili's on Millerville at 10:53 am and 3:07 pm to inquire about my favorite drink "Tropical Sunrise" which I had not had since before Covid. I was asked to call back after 2:30 because a bartender wasn't confirmed for the evening. I called at 3:07 pm and Lacey told me to come on in and I would be taken good care of. Obviously, the evening crew didn't get the message. We arrived and ordered drinks. My friend received 3 drinks; I asked why was my drink continuously overlooked. I was finally told by the manager that they stopped serving this drink a month ago; however, the person I spoke to twice said it could be made. My friend's appetizer came out incorrect and my dinner was incorrect. They offered to correct it but at this point, I decided to cancel my order altogether. My main purpose for eating there was to get the drink I hadn't had since pre-covid.

I would also like to mention when arriving we were told that the main dining area was closed because the AC was not working. It also appears they were extremely short-staffed.

My experience was not good. I would give them a negative 10.
