NAJGORSZA platforma z jakiej miałam okazję korzystać. Reklamacja rozpatrzona byle jak - trwa już trzeci tydzeń. Odbijają piłeczkę i nie chcą pochylić się nad problemem. Uwierzcie - nie wygląda to tak jak tutaj pokazują - że tacy otwarci i chętni do pomocy.
Gdy miałam problem techniczny na jednej z konkurencyjnych platform, sprawa została załatwiona w ciągu dwóch dni. Tutaj ciągnie się już 3 tygodnie, jakby chodziło o budowę mostu co najmniej. I nie chodzi o jakieś grosze zapłacone za film ale za robienie z ludzi jelenia. Nigdy więcej CHILI!

Bajka dostepna tylko w języku angielskim, mimo że opis mówi jasno, że istnieje dubbing polski. Zespół Chilli po prośbie o zwrot kosztów (z załącznikami na których widać i opis i włączony player tylko z możliwością wyboru języka angielskiego) stwierdził, że "Witam,
sprawdziliśmy trochę film i okazuje się, że jest poprawnie po polsku.
Prosimy o próbę zmiany języka i ewentualnie przesłanie nam filmu pokazującego, co się pojawia
Czekamy na informacje od Ciebie."
Abstrahując już od tematu, że średnio to jest po polsku napisane, to poinformowałem zespół Chilli, że dostali zrzuty ekranu, a nagrania nie mogę zrobić bo mój dostęp już wygasł (wykupiony w piątek wieczorem na 48h). Otrzymałem odpowiedź "Witam,
z przeprowadzonych kontroli jesteśmy w stanie wybrać język polski. Czy możesz spróbować ponownie zobaczyć zawartość i powiedzieć nam, czy możesz teraz wybrać język polski?"
Dalej nie będę się z Chilli kopać. Pozostało mi zostawić opinię.

Downloaded a film to watch on my phone
Downloaded a film to watch on my phone. It wouldn't let me rotate to watch in landscape & obviously I don't want to watch it vertically as it make the screen 1inch by 3inch. So I downloaded the app on to my firestick to watch it on TV instead. Won't play on Firestick. Just get and error message saying it is unable to play. Waste of time.

Nella scheda di dettaglio di ogni contenuto è possibile visualizzare la lingua in cui un film è disponibile e l'eventuale presenza di sottotitoli. Ciao, come indicato anche nelle nostre FAQ, se noleggi un contenuto hai 28 giorni di tempo per decidere quando vedere il tuo film. Dal primo PLAY hai 48 ore per completare la visione o per rivederlo tutte le volte che vuoi. Se hai fatto partire il film il 23 dicembre, è per questo che non lo ritrovi più nel tuo MY CHILI. Se invece acquisti il contenuto puoi invece vederlo tutte le volte che vuoi.

Sono quasi 2 mesi che faccio presente che i 2 film che ho noleggiato non partono (ovviamente non mi hanno neppure rimborsato i soldi spesi) e qualche giorno fa mi hanno scritto di riprovare perchè "Probabilmente può trattarsi di un errore momentaneo". Ovviamente dopo aver provato il servizio non va, e quindi continuo a vedere netflix o prime. Se dovessi descrivere il servizio che chili offre direi semplicemente che è un servizio di MER..A! cosa che ho scritto anche al loro servizio tecnico.

Se avessi visto le numerose pessime…
Se avessi visto le numerose pessime referenze su chili non avrei buttato soldi per noleggiare film e non poterli vedere. Ho provato sia registrando la mia TV Samsung che l’iPhone. Risulta l’acquisto ma non riesco a vederlo. Oltre a ciò è praticamente impossibile contattare l’assistenza: ho provato inutilmente a scrivere sui canali che indicano ma niente. Per ultimo cercando di cancellare il mio account seguendo le istruzioni è impossibile trovare il menu cancella account dalla cartella My account. Insomma …. Un disastro!

come ti abbiamo indicato in risposta alla segnalazione che hai effettuato alla nostra assistenza, dai controlli effettuati non trovi più il film noleggiato nella sezione MY CHILI perché è terminato il periodo di visione.
Noleggiando un contenuto CHILI hai 28 giorni di tempo per vedere il tuo film dove e quando vuoi. Dopo il primo Play hai 48 ore per effettuare la visione o per rivedere il film.
Nel tuo caso, il contenuto è stato noleggiato il 30/11/2022 e nella stessa giornata è stato effettuato il primo play che ha fatto scattare le 48 ore di visione. Dal momento che non hai visto totalmente il film, ti abbiamo inviato un codice sconto per poter rinoleggiare il film.

Paid for complete first series of House of the Dragon, payment taken but won’t play. Keep getting the message that I already have 5 devices linked to my account and I will need to log on to website and delete one device, I can’t do this as there are no devices linked to my account, have checked the updates for Chilli on my Samsung smart TV and all is up to date. Feel I am being ripped off.

Wouldn’t give it one star to be fair. This is a scam. Paid my money and the film won’t play at all. Don’t have these problems with other streaming services. Wish I read the reviews on here first before going ahead. Rarely have I seen so many bad reviews for a co. Won’t use this again, will spread the word too and will be keeping a sharp eye on my bank acc as I see from another review there could be problems with hacking connected to this co. Really disgraceful.

Se potessi dare una stella lo farei.
Pessima esperienza. Ho appena scoperto quest’app e ho deciso di provarla. Ho provato siccome era la prima volta a noleggiare un film. Il pagamento è stato effettuato correttamente, ma come succede quasi sempre il pagamento va sempre a buon fine, ma il film non stava nel “ my chill” e quindi dopo vari tentativi ho cancellato l’app, non essendo riuscita a guardarlo. Fortuna si trattava di una cifra simbolica essendo un noleggio, ma comunque l’app non funziona o almeno nella mia esperienza. Penso che prima di effettuare il pagamento bisogna constatare che l’app funzioni a tutti allo stesso modo e che nessuno pur avendo pagato si trovi a fare a meno di vedere un film acquistato. Ovviamente non la consiglierei come app.

Meno di una stella si può?? Ho appena comprato un film , invio e cosa succede?? Si blocca e mi dice errore generico. Spengo tutto riaccendo per tre volte, ma nulla, ricarica la pagina e mi da sempre lo stesso errore! Inutile dire che sarà l’ultima volta che lo userò o che compro un film. Pessima esperienza e il bello che già tempo fa avevo provato e la qualità del film non era bellissima, ma vabbè ho voluto riprovare, stupido io ad avergli dato un altra occasione. Pessimi

Pessimo streaming
Pessimo servizio tecnico. Ho ricevuto in regalo una card di Chili. Ho scelto un film e ho iniziato a vederlo. Per tutta la durata del film ho subito “interruzioni per problemi tecnici”. Esasperante. Sullo stesso smart tv LG vedo tranquillamente tutti gli altri servizi online di streaming, senza mai problemi (Netflix, Prime ecc). Sono sicuro fra l’altro dell’aggiornamento dell’app.
Non è la prima volta che mi capita con Chili. Credo che in futuro lo eviterò.

Terrible experience
I used to really like this company then I tried to log into my account recently and password was not recognised. Tried password reset 10 times and nothing then got an email welcome to chili. So logged in and all my films purchased, around 30 of them have disappeared. Seems I have 2 accounts using the same email address, why would this happen? Ridiculous. Chili, Please give me back my movies I have purchased and improve your customer service. No one working at weekends to help? Why in this day and age.
