I had a code from Very me rewards

I had a code from Very me rewards, when signing in told to enter code I did. then chose film added to cart then went to checkout which said code already used. All help sections useless.
I would rate it as 0 if there was that option

Speedy response from company

I have now received a voucher from CHLI and the response was speedy. Be careful when buying foreign language films.
I bought a film in Spanish and it said it had English subtitles which it does not. I would like to claim a refund as the film as been mis-sold as per the consumer rights act - very misleading and please no one buy a foreign language film from this website.

Una delusione, peccato

Al terzo noleggio posso dirmi davvero delusa. La qualità è bassa, ma soprattutto ho impiegato il doppio della durata del film in ciascun caso per vederlo perché il buffering era continuo. A ciò si aggiunge lo svantaggio che non è possibile vedere la maggior parte dei film in lingua originale.

Awful picture , no subtitles.

Awful picture , grainy and bitty unlike all other streaming services on my TV. Also no subtitles , seriously! Some knob head decided the product is ready for market. They ask way too many data questions too. Rubbish service 😑

I was just looking to renting the movie "C'era una volta" (1967) which was shown as available with also the prices. Unfortunately once I gave CHILI my registration details (I didn't have an account before), the film was magically not available anymore. This is just unacceptable and very misleading!!

Rarely works

Had a 3 year old samsung TV, and any film we rented just crashed when trying to play. Just upgraded to a brand new LG TV, trying to play our 2 rentals and every few seconds the video freezes, then replays with no sound, a split second of sound and then frozen again. Had to give up trying to use Chili. It's not our Internet as every other streaming service works fine.

Utter garbage. Looking forward to a freebie off Vodafone. Movie didn’t even get started. What a waste of time. Chilli customer service no need to reply. You won’t be seeing me again, see ya

In reply to your response below it’s a Samsung smart tv, Netflix and Amazon have no issues playing on it.

Sono inferocito

Sono inferocito. Il sistema android è aggiornato, anche la App è aggiornata. Nessun titolo da me acquistato è visibile su questo tablet ne in WI fi né in connessione mobile né in Hotspot con lo smartphone su cui invece la app funziona, così come sulla mia vodaphone TV e sul mio PC.
Per colmo di ironia i film non partono sul tablet neppure da sito se accedo dal web. Inoltre la app mi consente il download ma nel momento in cui faccio partire la riproduzione Il messaggio di errore è sempre lo stesso in qualsiasi situazione: "Non è stato possibile avviare la riproduzione, si prega di riprovare". Capirete il disappunto. Fate qualcosa!!!

QUALITÀ DELLO STREAMING PESSIMA!

Ho deciso di acquistare un film (15€!!!) su Chili per evitare di finanziare sempre le solite società tipo Prime Video etc, ma me ne sono pentito amaramente. La qualità dello streaming tramite la vostra app sulla Fire Stick è PESSIMA! Mai visto una schifezza simile, neanche su Infinity. Mi dispiace dirlo ma... mai più! P.S. Io ho pagato 15 euro per vedere un film in 4K, a casa mia questa si chiama fregatura!

Quick and Easy! Worth it for 4K

I'm unsure about the other reviews, but my experience was great. I purchased Tenet 4K - which Chili were the only ones out of NowTV and Amazon to allow you to rent 4K UHD version. Quick purchase, and straight away available.

Siete pessimi e inclassificabili!!

Siete pessimi e inclassificabili!!! Passi che dopo aver noleggiato un film tramite un buono omaggio il film non sono riuscita a vederlo perché non partiva il film pur avendo contattato la vostra assistenza e aver fatto tutti gli infiniti passaggi per tentare di risolvere la anomalia alla fine rinunciando alla visione del film ma che dopo aver pagato il noleggio per un altro film e avere lo stesso identico problema è vergognoso!!! Siete inqualificabili non solo per i problemi che create dopo aver preso i soldi dalla carta di credito ma anche perché non si può contattare un operatore per risolvere il problema!!! Ho chiesto il rimborso del film e mi avete mandato l ennesima mail inutile per avere solo informazioni con una lunga trafila di email che portano a niente a me avete rubato 4.99 euro ma gente fate molta attenzione!!!

Charges extortionate amount of money for titles available for free with other more popular subscription services.

Anyway, some content are available in original language and sometimes they are provided with subtitles.
