Amazing and outstanding customer service and product! First time purchasing from chloe jade and I decided to purchase a diffuser for a friends birthday. I rather messed up my delivery details and so I messaged Chloe for help. She got back to me within minutes and told me not to worry she will sort everything out! Within an hour my friends present was on its way to the correct address and Chloe updated me on every step! I absolutely love good customer service and this was just above and beyond. My friend is in love with her diffuser and I would recommend Chloe Jade to anyone! I will certainly be ordering again from them! Xxx

I purchased the DOLNI Blackberry Oud diffuser & even the packaging was luxurious, a beautiful box fitted with foam padding to protect my purchase during delivery & sent with a reputable courier. The DOLNI ceramic is smooth & tactile, it's simple white design & oversized form contrasts perfectly with black reeds, even these exude quality! The scent of Blackberry Oud is incredible!! Move over all of my plug-ins, electronic diffusers, candles, this fragrance has outshone them all! I have never before had so many compliments about my fragrant home, it is quite honestly the best diffuser I have ever discovered. I LOVE IT!
Unfortunately I was unlucky to have received a faulty diffuser vessel, which hadn't been fully glazed on the base & allowed my precious oil to leak :-( Chloe was very apologetic & generously offered me a refund in full, a DOLNI candle or a replacement diffuser vessel, I was so impressed. I opted for a replacement vessel as I loved it so much. I received delivery today & was once again astounded to find Chloe had gifted me another 3 bottles of the beautiful Blackberry Oud!! I cannot thank Chloe enough for her generosity in ensuring I had a product that was perfect & I am truly grateful (I had never spent so much on a diffuser before & wondered if I were mad, but I can now say I am totally mad only for Blackberry Oud & that it was worth it!!!!!) Thank you Chloe, I felt compelled to write this review because customer service like this needs shouting about!!!!!

I was concerned that these refills would not have the scent of the original purchased with the large reed diffuser. I decided to trust and have to say, I am not disappointed, it is the same beautiful aroma that everyone who enters the house comments on. Thank you Chloe Jade.

Wow, blown away by my two diffusers, Rose one and a Blackberry one. So unbelievably stylish and the packaging they arrived in were incredible. As you can tell I am ecstatic and over the moon. The smell through my house is heavenly. So worth every penny... thank you so much 🙏🏻❤️

I did an order round Xmas time and realised I had ordered another reed which wasn't the sences so I emailed to change the order it possible, they were fantastic changed the order which I sure other companies wouldn't, me and my 3 daughters order from her and now I wouldn't go anywhere else

I cannot fault customer service. They were very quick and efficient in responding back to me. I ordered 2 samples and received an additional product by mistake. I contacted them advising of their error. I was absolutely delighted when they contacted me back not only to apologise for the mix-up, but to also allow me to keep the diffuser as a token of their apology. Absolutely made my day! What a lovely unexpected response. 🥰

Just got my 1st alang alang reed diffuser and it smells soooo good I’ve just placed another order plus a refill although it’s full to the top highly recommend this and Chloe jade

Love the bowl. Really compliments our kitchen.
The bowl itself would be a five star, but the actual finish on the bowl isn’t great. Many of the bobble haven’t been completely covered in glaze and have visible cracks around them. It gives the impression that they have broken off and been glued back in place. It would be something I would consider if I was buying one of these bowls.
