I purchased a pre-owned branded brooch from Chloe Jewellers in Hatton Garden. Thu Nyguyen was extremely helpful and professional, and she ensured that the brooch was sent to me as soon as possible, in time for a birthday. Thu's communication was excellent and the item received was even more beautiful than in the photos. I was delighted with the excellent service I received and with the item purchased, and can wholly recommend Chloe's Jewellers.

My fiancé and I were looking for wedding bands and visited multiple jewellers in London. After several bad experiences at other shops, we met Van from Chloes Jewellers and immediately felt comfortable. She is very sweet, honest, and took the time to find the right rings for us! We received some amazings looking rings and we are very very veeeery happy with the final result.

Van Le was very helpful and knowledgeable. There was no rushed sales process. We took our time and did not feel pressure. The ring was fantastic quality workmanship, we're very happy!

Van was very considerate when helping us find our wedding bands, she helped us find the right design for us and even made my finance’s ring from scratch. She also fixed my engagement ring to match the band included in the price! Communication was great and could what’s app any time.

Van did an amazing job of finding exactly what we wanted, discussing our options and designing our wedding rings. She also arranged for my fiancés engagement ring to be reshaped to fit the wedding ring. Would highly recommend

What lovley ladies working in the Royston shop, had a Gold chain repaired £17 cheaper than a Jeweller's in Newmarket,10 out of 10 from me.

We had a lovely experience with Van Le at Chloe's creating a personalised ring from scratch - anytime again! Van Le listened to our ideas, came up with own suggestions, the initial design, fitting, and final ring, which looks stunning 😊 F&H

I accidentally broke one of the claws that held onto the diamond, I took it back to Chloe’s jeweller to repair and they done such an amazing job it’s like a whole new ring. They took everything out carefully and redone the entire ring in 2 days, I love it even more now. 10/10 definitely recommend

Van le was absolutely amazing. I fell in love with a vintage Cartier eternity ring but it was too small. She was able to replicate it but with subtle alterations to the shape so that it fit with my engagement ring perfectly.

Just wonderful service even after a purchase 2 years ago. Van Lee is so warm and friendly and they really do go above and beyond! Probably the best customer service I have ever known. Can't thank you enough!

My husband and I had purchased my engagement ring from Chloe’s which we are extremely about. Not only did we receive the best customer service at the time of purchase but the aftercare service (a year later) is beyond what I have ever experienced as I find not many people care after you have purchased something. Staff at Chloe have been really helpful as I found my ring started to feel tight and I needed it made bigger. Staff at Chloe let me try on a few rings for comfort and also talked me through the process of which one would be better fit. I have been very happy with the service received here and I would come back again.
