pathetic and useless service. I have purchased a brand new 91meraki from them and upon delivery it turned out to be defective has the pedal assist was not working and also the seat was defective. when I called up the CMB customer service they didn't even try listen to me patiently all they simply said was just drop a mail.
Its always better to buy from a local dealer, he would give a better service also the pricing on CMB is almost 2000 rs expensive than buying from a local store.
Don't go by their professional looking website the service what they provide after sales is third class.

Recently ordered Triad X2 cycle from them. It was delivered within the promised time and was packed very professionally. Would definitely recommend their portal to buy cycles.

They extends the delivery date too many times,
So, please don't waste your precious money earned by struggling in this Covid-19 pandemic. and don't encourage them to do this type of Froud by placing order.
i ordered the Go Zero Skellig Pro e-bicycle on 30 Jan 2021, till today (08 May 2021) not received my E-bicycle, and they are reluctant to either deliver my E-bicycle or my Money

Please don't buy anything from choose my bicycle. You won't get cycle and money back.

This is a completely fraud site. They will tell you a certain delivery date and then months will pass and no delivery will happen. The response team will not revert and they will keep delaying the delivery and won't even process the refund.

I had placed the order with CMB for WaltX Trail 27.5 on 7th December, 2020. The bicycle was delivered on 15th December,2020 i.e. within8-14 days as assured.
It is exactly the same as in pictures and along with the accessories as promised.

I have received my Frog Panther 27.5 4 days ago and the way it was packed i was so happy with that.

Guys i dont give reviews that easily as i always get disappointed with big names but i never thought my perception would change about big names because of CMB.

I am so happy with the product delivery and now i have decided for any of my future bicycles [Even if i have to pay extra] i will always choose ChooseMyBicycle.com.

Dont buy cycle from this website. Go through their refund , cancellation replacement and return policies.

They don't take responsibility for any defective cycle.. You cant return.. Better don't buy from these kind of online websites.

Had a few issues, but the customer support team quickly resolved the same.

Worst customer service... Don't waste your time and money.

Even one star is too much for such scam.They will provide you false status but will not actually ship your bicycle . Please read other details reviews, i verfify their veracity based on my experience. exorbitant cancellation charges will be levied by them. I would have saved my money if i had read these reviews earlier.So if you are reading these it is the truth about them and ignore them at your peril.

If I could give these guys no rating at all, it would feel just, even 1 star is too much for these guys.

Buying things online involves fair amount of risk and one should always, always tread carefully before making a purchase.

"choosemybicycle.com" is one of those sites where dreams become nightmare, why? Because...

1) Their website's shady core frequently redirects users to 503 error, things look so glitchy and under development that even applying filters is a problem. A good brand will never afford to keep a glitchy website online.

2) No direct customer support, infact it seems like these guys work directly with our PM and are always so busy that every call made to +91-8754037844 for support or inquiry will reach a voicemail. Now simply imagine if you paid these guys and that happens.

3) Chat and email support are always offline too.

4) I can assure you and reassure you that about 70% - 80% of all the products listed on their website are not even available. I checked with some big retailers around my locality and they confirmed that most of the products listed on their website are not available all over India.

5) Most importantly their payment system is extremely shady, you will find that their "Cash on Delivery" system is merely a trick to lure customers. I created a fake account and added some products for purchase, and everytime I was about to make a purchase the website redirected me to pay upfront with Credit or Debit cards.

Final Verdict: choosemybicycle.com may look like a promising site, but it is without any doubt "A SCAM", glitchy website, false product listing, poor customer service and shady payment system. What more does one need to know before they decide to stay away from such online retailers? the point is that a good brand never goes back on their promises, but these guys do and therefore they are not to be trusted.

A short story: I recently bought Polygon Premier 4 bicycle from Amazon.com and unfortunately within 2 days of riding the right crank arm threads holding the pedal was ripped open, so I spoke to Amazon and explained the issue in detail, these guys surprisingly agreed to take the product back in same condition and refund my money. Now that's great customer service.

P.S. on a concluding note I think I know what happened to the guys at choosemybicycle.com, A few Malbari guys came up with the idea to sell bicycles online, a couple of months later they realized that their dream was never going to come true because they don't work so hard, so a few of them joined their father's restaurant and the rest went to "Tubai" (also known as Dubai) to work as a janitor and make their dreams come true.

These Guys are frauds. They just take the orders and your money and will neither deliver them nor they will respond to any of your mails.

bad bad service, seems like a scam. the people lie here and dont take calls. they will be after your life to make you place an offer and once its done itll make you months to get your cycle. Mine has still not arrived and its been a month.

They have good offers on cycles but pathetic at suggesting cycle for you.... Don't follow their size experts they don't have any idea which cycle fits whom.... I bought a cycle and ended up selling it off on olx after a week because they wouldn't take it back and also keep repeating the same dialogue saying that the cycle should fit you despite as a user I kept saying that the cycle is not for the size they recommended to

One of the worst online trading companies ever. The customer service is horrendous. I called up the customer service and the call was sent to voicemail for 4 times before I finally got an jerk of a customer service on the other side. He upon asking his name (which he is actually supposed to start with) refused to give his name and insisted that I must state my name first. From there I was sure that I placed an order with a fraud company. And BTW before calling them, I was chatting with them on whatsapp. The guy on the whatsapp chat was also a super dickface.
Now, the thing is that the order that I placed started to seem that it would be not of the perfect size. The customer service refused to cancel the order and said that there will be deductions of Rs. 2060 for a Rs. 3000 order (500 cancellation charge+2% of the order value+1500 for reveres shipping for a product that hasn't even been shipped yet as the order was placed a few hours back). Doesn't that seem like the act of a desperate looser who just wont return your money once they got hold of it. Shame on choosemybicycle.com.
