I had ordered a Vector91 series's Wanderpro 700C.. it came perfectly packed in double 7ply box, in 95% assembled form.. I had just to make handle straight & fix the pedals.. it was like ready to go in 10min..

I ordered a hero lectro electric on April 9th 2021 and I got in delivered within 15 days i.e at 21st April 2021. The cycle which I got was in an excellent condition with very securely packed and I also got all the assessories with the cycle which was delivered by choose my bicycle.com as per their promise. The service provided by them was fruitful.

The product and price was satisfactory, but I found the communication from them to be lacking. The free goods such as mud guards, helmet, bell, and water bottle holder were not of quality product so wouldn’t really consider it a bonus.

Horrible experience of buying from CMB and its logistics partner Safexpress. CMB is looting customers with false promise of seamless, tensionfree experience. The so called free goodies that they provide is of the worst quality. There customer care representative are very rude. Now there 22 point checklist of bike inspection is bogus. I got a defective cycle from CMB, but did nt say anything as I already got the experience of their customer handling and I dont want to speak to them ever in my life. Now about there logistics partner " Safexpress". Where should i start. I paid for the delivery services to get at my doorstep, however they delivered it on the main road. They dont deliver products on delivery date rather they do it whenever they want. It happened with me.
Conclusion is that I will never buy any product from CMB ever in my life. Plus I have started sharing my horrible experience with my social and other circle abt CMB and to never buy anything from them

Had a good experience shopping with CMB. The bicycle I purchased was of Walx brand and its truely amazing, it has changed my cycling experience altogether. Just faced some challenges for receiving the accessories but got that resolved by just sending an email. Overall a very simple and good experience.

I have purchased Triad X2 cross from CMB in the month of may 2021. (CMBI/MAY21/253)
I will divide this review into multiple parts (0 is least and 5 is best)
1.website and offers
(3 out of 5) the products available in CMB are vast and offers are good
2.flexibility for cancellation (1 out of 5)
1/5 The cancellation policy is pathetic, i have ordered Triad X2 cross but i changed my mind later for cancellation. CMB person has refused to cancel and as a result i have compromised to Triad X2 Cross
i believe that CMB must be more flexible in this aspect at least till the dispatch of product is done
3.After sale support- (3 out of 5)
The after sale support is good and they were very prompt to respond to my queries
4. installation of cycle (1 out of 5 ) VERY VERY POOR
The initial set up of cycle was very poor and i had to get several adjustments done with a local technician
5.Accessories- (0 of 5)
very very poor accessories are provided

Overall it is an ok website with poor cancellation policy ,poor technical support and they provide poor quality accessories

I have learnt my lesson to never buy from an online website

I purchased Waltx Trail 27.5T.
It costs me total 18040 Rs.
On Flipkart it was around 15999.

Just because they said they will test and fit it properly (21 Steps Quality Check) that's why I purchased on CMB by paying 2039 Rs Extra.
But still Gears are not on point.
From day 1 both gears misbehave.
Even Limit Screws are bit adjusted properly. Chain is shifting 1 step below of it's actual step.
Example : Shifted from 7 to 5 it sucks on 6, I have to step on 4 then step down to 5.
I adjusted by my nearest Cycle Repair store . Which again costs me 450 Rs to Adjust Gears.
Today Cycle was working very awesome.

I was feeling very bad to give 1 Star rating but I have to do this as I had not get value of 18040 Rs.

Bad customer service. Customer care person is not customer friendly. Customer care person think that customer is depending on them. Ur company and ur staff is depending on customer... I remind you the word of Mahatma Gandhi "A customer is the most important visitor on our premises. He is not dependent on us, we are dependent on him. He is not an interruption on our work, he is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider in our business, he is a part of it. We are not doing him a favour by serving him, he is doing us a favour by giving us an opportunity to do so."

There is bend in cycle frame while received the product.

Amazing experience in getting the cycle during the lockdown which did hamper the deliver time. 5/5 for this.

The accessories that I got two weeks later were the disappointment. Helmet was small so can’t be used, bell is useless as no one seems to hear it and the mudguards are not so good either. 1/5 for this as the bottle holder and lock seems good.

Bad product can't be trusted at all. Waste of time and money. Worst after sales service

Though cycle is fine ( just average) but not amazed by “chooseMyBicycle” service as a mediator. Not sure what value they are adding up apart from charging extra amount.
And The free accessories are of pathetic quality.

I would give them 5 stars, reason for 4 Stars mentioned in later.
In One Word. Trust CMB. Purchase details: INV No. CMBI/Apr21/427 bought on 28/04/2021 They are good at what they do. I was worried but it was not needed I understood with my experience with them.
Price: Competitive considering they deliver the product to your door step.
Research: They have well researched products in their e-shop. Mentioning this because they don't sell anything and everything, they guide you to buy what is good, commercially viable and suitable to your needs.
Delivery and Product: I bought WaltX trak4, cycle was delivered timely in ready to use assembled condition.
Follow-ups: They are prompt in their services.
Product: It was thoroughly checked and in new scratch less condition. Same as shown. I Loved the bike.
Free bees: I received every thing except a backpack bag which was there in the complimentary items. I never asked for it again but it would have been good if I received it later. Its up to them to send it now. :)

After reading reviews, I was worried about placing the order but then I did it after lot of contemplation. I understand everyone’s experience is different. Sharing mine here
I had a good experience with the purchase of the bicycle, the representative was responsive & answered all my queries. The order process, website was smooth no hurdles there.
After I placed the order, my bicycle was dispatched through Gati courier. The expected time was 1 month but I got the bicycle delivered within 1 week and that was the best part.
The bicycle was assembled but required few tweaking but that was done without hassles with consultation from CMB team. They were responsive after the order delivery too.
Overall even though I had my reservations, glad that I took the decision of ordering the bicycle through CMB

Packaging was worst there are couple of parts were missing.
Tried to contact choose my bike where no one response anyone about compliant

I have ordered Triad M7 bicycle from ChooseMyBicycle, the quality of the cycle is worth the price and the team resolves and look into the issues in no time. Overall, very good experience.

Don't ever buy from this

Not even eligible for 1 star... Worst service...i got hero lectro c8 bicycle with both wheels misaligned when delivered. And they promised to give demo via video call.. Which they did not give.. Even after follow up.
Never buy bicycle from here. Very unprofessional and not customer friendly.
My friends were planning to buy from here.. I am happy that I stopped them buying here... Will continue to do that.

Hi, I like ChooseMyBicycle very much I ordered my first ever MTB bicycle through them and at beginning of order I had some dispute regarding cancellation of order but later I decided to let it be and product arrived at me in 8-9 days when I opened I found front reflector to be broken rest all fine well packed and I got it touch with support and they immediately instructed team to dispatch a new one as warranty replacement. Very helpful quickly replied to all email even though I had dispute with them regarding Cancellation. After this all I can say worth it.
