Happy with the quick response from the team and good support from Mr. Hari for clarifying my doubts and assisting for quick delivery of my order.

I ordered firefox gypsy bike. The packing was quite good, making sure that there is no damage to the bike. The bike's paint and all other attachable parts were perfectly fine as well.
I suggest to add a delivery tracker though.

It's a best bottle i ever used and the results are fantastic I love this bottle to much and compare to other bottle i gave a 5* rating to this bottle 🥰🥰

Got my Merida Big 7 from CMB and the experience was smooth. The bike was delivered fully assembled except the handle bar which was easy to assemble.

Purchased a Firefox Dominator in early Nov 2025 and the experience so far has been seamless. Starting from providing the pre purchase guidance, ensuring timely delivery, arranging prompt video call assistance for the initial minor issues - everything has been handled professionally & gracefully. I'm pleasantly surprised to find that the included free accessories are also of great quality. My previous purchase from CMB was a Triad M4 back in 2020 and I'm glad that they have maintained their reputation.

Delivery And Support made by CMB is Great. They delivered in perfect packing with pre-assembled condition. It took 5 minutes to get out of the box to ride. Before order support was also very great and explained the difference in models and helped to choose based on my usage. Thank you, CMB

I purchased WaltX Trail 27.5T from them. I received it in the well-packed box, but they also charged for 21 Step quality check which I believe is a kinda gimmick. I found some minor issues in gear adjustments, if they check then why issues in gears? I had to pay 500rs to the local cycle repair shop to adjust it properly. Overall I loved their service, thanks for delivering my dream Bicycle to my doorstep.

I ordered Montra Madrock 27.5 L size and the team took really well care delivering the bicycle on time. I definately recommend giving it a short. Their sales head went extra mile and pull all the required efforts delivering my bicycle late evening.

I had a very bad experience with CMB the website has listed a bike for 78500rs for silex 200 and it has been listed on the website for more that 20 days after some research i felt the price was better than other websites and made the purchase, as soon as the purchase was made i got a call from them
Saying that the price mentioned was a mistake and denied me sending the bike and told me to pay 10k more to get the bike, even after their mistake the way they talk to the customer is highly unacceptable, the price they offered is what other dealer also offered me and and when i shared those details they felt that i was faking it and trying to get it for cheap price, i have asked them to remove the free accessories of worth 3500 which they are offering and asked them to give me a better deal than the other dealers for that THE WAY THEY TALKED TO ME IS THE WORST CONVERSATION EVER HAD👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

I ordered snow leapord 26 T from choose my bicycle.. at first I was feared seeing the offer price, whether it is fraud , but yesterday I received my order with all accessories fitted, my job was just to correct handle and peddals. The main team to be appreciated is support team , whenever I sent a concern mail they use to give reply and solve it. Thank you..

I placed an order for a Firefox cycle after consultation with the CMB Support. Got to say this, the process was smooth. I received my order before the promised date. The best part is that I got the cycle at a good price with added accesories. All genuine and packed well. They shipped the cycle through Safexpress and the accesories with Delivery, so absolutely no complaints there. Overall I would rate CMB a solid 10/10. It's businesses like these which increase our faith.

They don't respond to email and don't provide information about the order in there tracking page.

Received the courier today and the parts were in perfect condition and packing was really awesome. I appreciate the person who packed. The display and controller both fitted perfectly to my spark 3. My cycle is back to life almost after 15 days. Thanks for your support and prompt service. CMB again proved that they the best in cycles and its services. I had bought Ridley Noah 105 in February 2020, it was peak COVID 19 time, still Choose My Bicycle (CMB) made this very memorable purchase.

These people are very kind, helpful and gave professionally sound service.
After choosing my Ridley( payed complete amount) the company personal had contacted me and again verified my height, and helped to choose correct size model.
All fitments and components are Branded, may its FSA crank, KMC chain, Shimano shifters, cassette, derailleur, Vittoria tyres, FORZA seat post, wheels, etc every components are top notch.

Even after five years i haven't changed any major components..

No rust, no paint fade, no veriations... All going great..

I can definitely recommend this website for future purchase...💓
