The bicycle was delivered in a very good condition considering the terrain & weather conditions in my part of the country in Arunachal Pradesh. Really grateful to choosemybicycle for extending the opportunity to get ur choice of bicycle delivered anywhere in the country.
However it is recom that the free gift received with the bicycle can be reviewed as my bicycle is already with a helment so i end up having two. If options can be made available in the choice of free gift as well.

I was facing issues with my e-cycle which was under warranty and finally issue was resolved after 3 months. Everything is great except after sales service support. In this modern world of technology, all the issues I had to communicate via emails. No phone calls, no whatsapp. Also sometimes I had to follow-up on emails for updates/support.
Faced alot of issues to resolve the issue.

ChooseMyBicycle.com just need to up your game in After Sales Service. Otherwise experience is great.

The process of delivering my cycle was very smooth. Fitting was done on that particular day. Delivered before the expected time.

I ve ordered the Unirox Aeroad pro cycle from CMB ,While there was some delay in the delivery due to flood .They did help in being transparent about the process while gave me a relief. Good Packing and assembly.

Very poor service from this brand.
I gave my emotorad for service (at home service) for general checkup and maintenance. After the service, my emotorad bicycle does not start at all.
When checked with service personal, he asked to dry the cycle for 1day and try 🤔. Checked for more than 7 days keeping it idle but no good fortune. It was simply operation done patient died.
Now my bike is dead. I am following up with emotorad to fix it up
Many calls, many followups with choosemybicycle but no use. They do not have contact number to talk, no escalation protocol, no response, no ownership on complaint.
I am still struggling as on date to get my bicycle LIVE.
Please do not opt for service here.

I bought ninetyone bloodwing, the cycle was delivered in ready to ride condition and within the promised time frame. The only let down was getting the freebies (helmet, lock, stand, etc. ) in part and took longer time.
The agent was courteous and cleared my doubts promptly.

Very good after sales service. My triad E7 electric bicycle had battery issues and the company repaired it even when it was a few weeks out of warranty. The company took responsibility of one way of return courier package. So I am thankful. In india after sales service is the most critical component for which I was skeptical but choosemybicycle provided best services

This is my second review. First review I wrote when I bought the Bianchi Via Nirone 7. You can refer that. I had some issue with the seat. The seat post it comes with has a thumbwheel to adjust the tilt. It wasnt happening. I contacted CMB, they sent a guy to me who came all the way from Ghaziabad to West of Delhi and did the job. 5 star to their after service too. Thank you Vishnu from CMB for arranging everything. and thanks to Joginder for travelling all the way (in flood like situation in Delhi) to solve the problem.

I have recently purchased Fittrip niner 29 after so much research on all platforms. They have sent me bike in really good condition with ensuring atmost care of each bicycle parts. It came to me Full fitted and I just had to check tyre pressure and straighten the handle. The accessories they have provided were completely outstanding in quality...

Very good after sales customer service. Recently I had an issue in my electric cycle. Although it needed lot of discussions, eventually they replaced the part. Overall, the faulty part was replaced and cycle was delivered.
Pros: Good prompt replies over email. Good after sales service and workmanship. They take care of the transport for any warranty repair which is good.
Cons: the one thing which is most frustrating is that they don't have a dedicated customer care number. All conversations are ONLY through mails. But they do respond to mail quickly.Still this delays the overall turn around time.

dont buy, poor customer care service , you will regret to buy a bicycle from here trust, these guys not respond, neither there delivery partner , GATI,
