Awful service. Chop Chop cancelled my order at the last minute twice now with no explanation. There’s no proper complaints process and no way to get help when things go wrong.
Honestly, don’t bother using Chop Chop — I’ll be sticking with Uber Eats, at least they actually deliver what you order.
Nyöppnade restaurangen i Norrköping
Besökte nyöppnade restaurangen i Norrköping. Chow mein var kall, dock smaken helt ok. Orange chicken och chicken cashew var också smakmässigt helt ok.
Tyvärr kommer jag dock inte komma tillbaka då magen krashade totalt. Aldrig varit med om sådan fart på magen blandat med huggande värk. Resultatet blev en total utrensning av magen.

Absolutely dreadful
Absolutely dreadful. Only used it twice and had delivery problems both times. What’s worse is the non-existent customer service. Absolutely farcical. DO NOT USE CHOP CHOP

After over an hour they canceled my order. But I missed any other delivery spot with another shop. Absolutely not convenient. Will stick with my other service
Absolute shambles of a company
I am absolutely disgusted with the level of service that Chop Chop provides. Firstly, they delivered someone else's shopping to me. I phoned them, and they told me to just dispose of it and that they would give me a refund within seven days.
Seven days later, I phoned them again because I hadn't received my refund, only to find out that the refund was never authorized as I was told it was seven days previously. So now we're on attempt two at getting a refund, which will probably fail because it probably hasn't been authorized this time either. This company ought to be ashamed of itself, and I personally don't know how a company like this is allowed to operate in the UK.
In another seven days, if I haven't got my money back, I will be starting legal proceedings against them.
I've written this review so that you hopefully read it and don't make the same mistake that I did.

Supergod kycklingsallad med mango! Allt var fräscht, mättande och av hög kvalitet. Personalen var jättetrevlig och servicen toppen. deras friterade räkor är också helt fantastiska!😋 Rekommenderas varmt 🤗 en av de godaste salladerna jag ätit!

I have used this service 3 times over a period of time , as I do like Sainsbury’s food.
Twice the driver went to a named Road the same as mine , which was at the other side of the city. They had not entered the postcode!!!!
The 3rd occasion I called as the 1 hour delivery slot had past. I called the helpline and the advisor said “the order had not even been allocated a driver ?”
After another 20 minutes, still no order no notifications given. By chance I looked on my emails. Which showed “order cancelled “ no reason given.
No food…
Will never use this service again and someone within Sainsbury’s needs to take this matter seriously. As still also to date I am yet to receive my refund.
You also need to take into account that some people may not be able to afford a second shop, when you are offering this supposed “CHOP CHOP” service
I ordered a Sainsbury's chop shop order…
I ordered a Sainsbury's chop shop order this morning and basically my order was picked, but the picker put the order into two bags but they would easily fit into one bag ,the just eat delivery driver only picked up one bag ,I spoke to the Sainsbury's east filton store , they said it was still here, and I called Sainsbury's chop shop over four hours ago and the lady over the phone promised that a new delivery driver would pick up the other bag and I would get a call when it is going to be delivered, basically leaving a family without lunch,is not good customer service, and I am wheelchair bound and housebound and no one can drive in our house for medical reasons very bad customer service

Do not use this service!!! Driver went to wrong address, called us and accused us of entering the wrong address!! We know our own address and he was miles away!! He then returned it to Sainsbury’s and we now have to wait 3-5 days to have a £40 payment returned. Sainsbury’s were useless when we called them and chop chop even worse!
Frustrating failure
1st experience using ChopChop and it was a frustrating failure:
Order did not arrive so I rang the help line who said it would soon arrive.
Then I suddenly got an email saying my order was cancelled as no drivers but I would not be charged.
I was charged despite the email saying otherwise, so I rang the help line and was told they would issue a refund within 5 working days.
12 days after my failed order, no refund had arrived so I rang the help line again. Apparently the refund was submitted but not processed. They’ll prioritise my refund and it should arrive within 5 working days.
Hopefully I will now get my refund this time?? Absolutely not good enough though… no food delivered, poor communication, money taken despite email saying otherwise, refund not processed when promised, potentially 3wks before money returned.
Appalling service
Not only do you get charged for delivery that also bump up all the prices significantly and then give you items which are out of dat the following day. Then there I no way to complain other than going into store. I would not have to order online if I had time to go into the store.
I don’t recommend it
Made order on the 10th of February got cancelled because I didn’t hear the driver arrived because I had important phone call and was dealing with that, I called them up and she told me I have to make other order plus they gave me £5 off on delivery and she reassured me my refund will be paid in 5 working days. It’s been nearly a month made 3 phone calls since and I still haven’t received my refund. Always the same thing being said we issued your refund but takes 5 days. I’m fed up now purchase was £31 which is not a lot for some but as a single parent is a lot for me. Absolutely outrageous service. I won’t ever order from them because they love taking your money but something goes wrong you need to fight for your money.
Chop Chop needs to get the chop
First time user of chop chop,order got cancelled after 45 minutes,phoned customer service who said it hasnt been cancelled,the driver cancelled...was all very confusing...anyway shopping turned up after 1 hour 30 mins...BUT...was charged twice and bank put a block on the card thinking it was suspicious activity....i would stay clear and chop somewhere else...i mean shop lol

Public complaint – unacceptable service
Sainsbury’s Chop Chop is a complete failure of a service.
Order placed early Saturday. Cancelled 1.5 hours later with no explanation. No contact, no reason given — I had to call to find out what happened.
Four days later I still haven’t been refunded. Taking payment instantly, cancelling orders, and holding onto customers’ money is unacceptable.
This isn’t a one-off — it’s repeated poor service, poor communication, and zero accountability. I will not use Chop Chop again, and this experience has put me off Sainsbury’s entirely.
Fix the refund. Fix the service. Do better.

Called customer service twice and they were so unhelpful and rude.
Some things were our of stock and others substituted with completely different things.
Definitely won't order again.

Was expecting my chopchop order (stupid name) and it didn't turn up from the Shirley branch in Birmingham.
Rang up and was given the most ridiculous reason that it was voided by the computer. All items were in stock but can bet they had no one to take the order out. If I could have given zero I would have, trust pilot should allow for zero star.
