Hghly recommend Lisa. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and always available whenever needed throughout the house sale process. Her communication was excellent, and she made everything feel smooth and as stress-free as possible from start to finish.

Chosen were excellent at managing our sale and purchase.

We had a complicated process due to our initial buyers pulling out and a vendor who was ‘challenging’.

Nicki was instrumental in us securing our house. In regard to the sale of our house, she was honest with our options but never pushy.

Liz was phenomenal as the sales progressor. Leading up to exchange her communication and initiative made sure we got there in the end despite a difficult vendor.

Also thanks to Sarah who was great at showing people our house.

This is what client service should be like. Estate agents get a bad rap. Most would say with good reason. Chosen turns that on its head. They are insanely good. So focused. So on point. So engaging. So engaged. An absolute joy to have on your side. So so good. In arguably the most difficult market in 20+ years these folk are closers. I am super demanding. I know this. But with panache, charm and when needed, grit, they tell you what you need to hear (not necessarily want to hear) when you need to hear it. Nicki bosses it but special shout out to Liz. Perseverance, sass and class. Relieved to sell but a bit gutted it’s all over. My advice. Don’t hesitate. They are the real deal and will close your yours.

From the valuation and marketing to completion and handover, Lisa and the team were so professional and beyond helpful. Whenever we contacted them they always came back to us so quickly and worked closely with us throughout the process. Something I know is rare with other agents we've used in the past. We were also very impressed with the photos, they captured the house beautifully.

I sold my house within a week of it going on the market. Chosens attention to detail was amazing and the pictures and videos of our house made us want to buy it. Chosen was recommended to us as the estate agent to use. They were very efficient from start to finish, including the first meet re valuation, through to the photos and video, viewings, sale and completion. This was our 6th move, and have tried and used several other estate agents but nothing touched the service provided by this team. We had engagement mainly with Lisa, Sarah, Nikki and Liz. Whenever we reached out a response was back with us within hours. The communication was fantastic, even if they couldn’t respond to our question we had a holding response (due to boarding a flight!!!) They were literally always at hand to help and took away any stress involved in a sale of your property. Which I know from past experience can be an awful experience. Main thanks goes to Lisa for pre sale and supporting post sale and Liz for the after sale experience. Great team, easy to talk to and would recommend to anyone looking to move home. Thank you again.

Communication was key, with all parties provided with WhatsApp thread, informing me of prospective viewers, timing of viewings and feedback.
