I had great trouble registering my 2 kits and it went downhill from there.my first 2 online chats didn't help buut my 3rd and last chat ended up helping as it became clear using a smart phone didn't work. Once on to my laptop all was resolved. The test itself was simple with good instructions.

Ordered a cholesterol test kit but the test kit needs to be registered before the test can be used. The test kit ID and QR code were not accepted and they advised that they 'were looking into it'. After a week of no contact I asked for a refund and was just sent a copy of the policy which conveniently doesn't cover being unable to use the test because of a test kit ID issue. I have raised a PayPal dispute and the seller has still not responded. Avoid.

Total disaster, chronomics website wouldn’t recognise the barcodes on the test cassette. Not the easiest of firms to contact and that’s being polite. Had to leave for a cruise at 0415 the following day, wife in tears, thought no test result, no cruise. Eventually found a TUI emergency number where a kind lady issued new bar codes and then all worked. Chronomics, how about a refund?

Both myself and my wife got bombed out of the website when registering our antigen test online. Massive stress as we needed to get to the airport etc and we're worried we would get our results in time. Some how after numerous attempts we could log back in and complete the process.

Had to phone as barcode wasn't recognised. Stressfull experience 18hrs before flights. Had to call and wait for 1hr to get a response and advised of a new barcode!!

Feel completely ripped off. Purchased a blood test kit for £39. I followed the instructions implicitly and got ‘your result is undefined’ on each category.
I written to complain and ask for a replacement test and I’ve had no reply. Don’t waste your money.

The website is very difficult to negotiate: words used that only people who are very savvy with this tech.
Had to leave the form to take photo, then couldn't get back.
Please tell people, in very simple language, to take photo of the test result first.
Pure luck got me back to where I should be.

So I ordered a blood test and the first time I got no results despite following all instructions and registering the kit. They then sent a replacement and I am having the same problem AGAIN. I have purchased this test weeks ago and have not received any results! Absolutely unfair. I also asked for a refund the first time around but it took ages and I obviously never got my money back, so went for a replacement, which now failed again. I just want my money back but they make this so hard...

Just did our tests for Marella cruise.
All done easily and quickly thanks to clear instruction leaflet.
Results came through immediately.
Would definitely use again.

Had to get a fit to sail test for a cruise with TUI. After I ordered the kits TUI removed the need to have the test. I contacted Chronomics explaining this and they refunded the cost without question. Great service all round as I’d used them for a previous cruise earlier this year.
I bought some tests for a cruise on the 4th. October TUI have decided I don’t need them for travel the month of October from PALMA .I asked CHRONOMICS for a refund as the tests were unopened and I received a reply minutes later say they would look into my request 2 days later I received a refund so WELL DONE for great service very happy customer

I Asked to cancel my order within hours of ordering it. I kept getting emails from Natalie asking me lots of questions and I kept saying please cancel my order. To my dissatisfaction she did not cancel my order and it got delivered to me. Now I am having to argue with you to get a refund on something that should have been cancelled

After sending off my samples I received an email 3 days later saying my results were ready to view, that was the problem the system wouldn't let me view the results, and every time I contacted the company I was assured that things were being dealt with which took 4 days in the end. I feel they should have offered me a pdf to my email as an alternative.
