Pathetic

Pathetic, I had 2 kits that I returned for a refund due to the govt changing the rules and I no longer needed to do the tests. I returned using proof of postage at a cost of over £5 and heard nothing. When i questioned it I was told that kits had to be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund, this is a bit hard when you are in the Caribbean and your test kit it thousands of miles away at home, So over £35 out of pocket, thanks very much, won't be using you again if i can help it.

Two tests were sent in to Chronomics…

Two tests were sent in to Chronomics within the 72 hours deadline of travelling. The results of one test was sent back to us in time. But the second one did not come back for over 96 hours - totally useless as we were going on a cruise and needed the results within the 72 hours. Will be submitting a request for a refund of the test that didn't come in time.

Good communication

Never used a travel LFT before. Good communication. Arrived on time. Asked for kit to be sent earlier as worried about post. No issues with changing dispatch date. Clear instructions. Immediate fit to fly certificate. Would recommend.

This is a follow up to my 1* review I…

This is a follow up to my 1* review I gave Chronomics a few weeks ago. I won't go in to the details again but I have spent months trying to get a refund for some tests we had to cancel. I was trying through the normal channel on the Chronomics portal . After writing my bad review on Trust Pilot I was immediately contacted by a social media assoc. The matter was resolved and refund given within 10 days. I'm happy to finally get my money back (minus a VAT charge) but I'm frustrated that it took many hours and dozens of frankly non sensical communications with the Chronomics customer support team to get to this point. So my advice to anyone struggling to get a refund or any other issue resolved is write a bad review. It worked for me (and I don't usually write reviews). Good luck!

Never use Chronomics again!

Again for the second time of using Chronomics and paying money for the tests they did not complete on time and I had to drive to an emergency Covid Testing Clinic in another town to get and pay hundreds of pounds for another test!!

They don’t get back to you!

They don’t get back to you!! I have emailed so many times now to ask how I can get a refund for unopened tests as the country in question changed their policy after us ordering them. You would expect a response either way but so far nothing ! So rude and lacking basic business and customer manners !! Do not use them!

NO Refund

I paid for 2 lateral flo tests in November then I had to upgrade our tests to pcr and paid a further £50. My holiday was cancelled and I cancelled my tests. I received the 1st payment of £37.98. I am three months down the line repeatedly putting in a requests for the rest of my refund only to receive apologies then the next email says your request is closed. Their telephone number doesn’t even connect. You can’t speak to anyone I’m sure it’s a computer messaging back I am 83 years old and I need that £50 I would advise anyone do not use this company they will only take your money.
