Well after writing a bad review for this company, I actually received some prompt service. The refund I had requested in December 2021 was finally made. Just a shame that it took so long. A very polite and efficient person called Ibuken Adewusi arranged this within a few days. I really hope that the company will now review and improve their admin procedures.

Would not have given them any stars but had to give 1 to do this review and to be fair the tests arrived on time. We had to do tests after 21.00 the day before we fly and this company were recommended by TUI. There was no number to call if things went wrong which they did. Mine went thro OK but my husbands did not. At first we thought it was something he did wrong but on speaking to lots of people on our holiday only 1 couple did not have a problem. I emailed several times and did get replies but they did not solve the problem. I asked them to phone me but they did not. All this happening at 10'clock at night. In the end we had to book a test at the airport at a cost of £35. Will be having a word with TUI.

Why did I book two test with this company when I give them only a 1 star review in the past I will never know yes I do TUI recommended them and at £11 each I thought I'll give them one more try yes I'm a fool for thinking it. Flying out on a Tuesday at 2.35pm we had to do our test after 9pm on the Monday, We done my wife's first, all went well great now mine half way through I lost it when up loading the test photo, never mind what I did I could not recover it, sent a email saying that I could not get my test done and that it keeps coming up test used, that was two weeks ago still no reply, luck would have it had a test in the airport that day so was able to fly out at a cost of £40 should have done this first less stress and worth it just for that. Chronomics you had your chance and BLEW IT NEVER AGAIN. and please don't tell me you care about your customers like you did before and to get in touch like you did before because you DON'T CARE you only respond to the reviews to make your selves look good

Ordered our test kits as recommended by TUI. They took our money and said kit would be delivered soon. It never arrived. We phoned today and were told they dont deliver to any postcode north of aberdeen but they didnt bother telling us that when we ordered. Now, two days before our cruise, we are left with no kit and a ton of stress! Disgusting service. Do not touch them with a barge pole!

Where do I start ! Purchased £60 worth of tests back in 2021 for our holiday to Turkey that was then changed to Bulgaria but that was cancelled as well so have now sent numerous emails asking for a refund and had no reply at all, I’m guessing my next stop will be trading standards or BBC watchdog, it’s not a money thing it’s the awful customer service, shouldn’t be allowed to carry on and can’t believe they were the recommended provider for TUI

APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered tests to go away at the start of February 2022 for 2 different countries. Rules changed as did the holidays meaning that one set of tests needed to be refunded. I cancelled my order and got an email saying that the refund would be processed within 21 days, tests were sent out despite being cancelled and it’s now been 46 days and I still don’t have my refund. I have sent 5 emails and haven’t even had a response to any of them. Appalling service. Will be taking this further is I don’t get a response soon. Will never use the company again.

Test tube nozzles on two of our kits appeared to have no hole, with the result that squeezing the tube trying to produce droplets caused the caps to explode off, spattering the fluid far and wide. Within hours of our flight we had two ruined test kits!

I had great help from Ibukun when I was travelling from the USA back to England in December when UK entry rules suddenly changed to PCR test requirement. This change required them to adjust their software for all antigen tests booked and my communications from the US airport with Chronomics were truly fabulous. They were quick to respond and kept me advised of developments and did everything to change my lateral flow order into a PCR at minimum extra cost. Ibukun made it all happen so my experience was very positive. I have just ordered an antigen test from them as a result.

Do not use this company. I requested Antigen tests for myself and my husband. They arrived by DPD local and were badly squashed. After numerous emails and photographs and very little response, I had to resort to putting it into the hands of a small claims court to get my money back, which they paid without the court fee. They have since paid the court fee plus the interest owed.

If I could have left no stars, I would have. Do yourselves a favour and find another company. Due to the stress level caused by their upload image button not working, the lack of real help and literally 5 hours going round in circles my wife and I managed to have an argument on our 35th wedding anniversary which the holiday was to celebrate. Thanks Chronomics. Neither of us want to go now 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬!!!

I see that many people like us have had problems with this dreadful company particularly with refunds. We eventually wrote to our MP who quickly responded by saying that the matter was being looked at by UNDER SECRETARY FOR HEALTH. Amazing a refund immediately. Also try Trading Standards. These people should not be allowed to practice.

Great difficulty using the website. Clicked 'forgot my password' and was sent a link to reset but each time the link was tried the message 'link expired' would show. Luckily there were 2 of us and eventually we were able to get results linked! Not impressed.

The rules regarding testing changed and were not required for our holiday. The system would not let me cancel. They keep sending me the same response to use the question and answer section of the web site and links me to the cancellation page but will still not let me cancel.
Have used previously with good service but they are unhelpful regarding the sending back of tests we did not require for a refund.
First request to them was February.

Returned 10 tests and still waiting my refund, after chasing since November. While away the government guidance changed and I was advised to return them which I did straight away. I have emailed over 20 times and been completely ignored. They don’t mind taking your cash but won’t return your money. An absolutely joke as a company.
