The humidor I bought is beautiful and I'm really excited to gift it. The only reason, it's a 4 and not a 5 is because of the key issue. The staff responded swiftly and appropriately. I can def recommend them as a reliable and legit company.

Excellent service
Ordering was easy, had an issue with payment (me being the issue, not their website), they followed up and assisted me. They then followed up again as soon as they realised they were out of stock of the one item. Really friendly and professional, great experience, and fortunately I qualified for same day delivery.
