Do not buy from this company! They do not stand behind their product. The shoes kept falling off my feet. They wanted me to return them to China which cost $50-$100 and I only paid $50 for the shoes. A waste of money.

Horrible experience! The shoe quality was poor. I was unable to return the shoes. After 3 weeks of emailing they gave me $15 dollars of the $46 I paid and told me to keep the shoes. I will be donating the unworn shoes in hopes that someone maybe able to use them.

Just received my order and wished I’d read the reviews before I purchased shoes from these scammers. $50 for a pair of shoes that would be worth $5. Kmart have way better quality shoes at half this price!!!! It’s about time these scammers were investigated and dealt with!!!!

To anyone with a retired parent on a Budget!
My mother is in the process of this exact thing now. She has limited income, retired so rec'd the shoes and I must say they are adorable but so uncomfortable, no support inside of them it's like walking on pavement. They are emailing her but as stated below, offering 15% then 30% and that is only $12. 00 or $24.00 of an $80.00 order. So far they are still communicating but they were shipped from Illinios so I don't see the problem with returning them but waiting on a final email with return address so I can price out the return with the post office.
Wish us luck and had I known she was looking I would have told her to look up the reviews first. Thanks so much to everyone's reviews maybe they will start doing the right thing and if not maybe someone else won't get scammed. (guessing on the date of experience -I know it was august of 2022)

In order to write this very important review I had to at least give a one star However this is worth your read if if you haven't purchased yet I'm going to copy and paste the thread of this unethical company That gets away with what they do because they're from another country and the Better Business Bureau won't do anything about it that's that's why they don't have a phone number let that be your number one reason why you don't order from any company when they can't give you a customer service phone number there's something hiding Take your time and read what they do when something doesn't work or fit it they go against their very policy policy on refunds: Hi skchance31,

They go back and forth never offering a full refund. I wish i could attach a picture of the shoes. They sent a sz 10 that would barley fot a child, not of my fault i sent video & pics they refused to send a mailing lable & refund. This company is fraudulent

I have been waiting for a pair of shoes from this companys EBay site since April and still not received them. It appears they were sent and then returned to seller for what ever reason. Since then I have sent several enquiries only to be told they would resend them and it is now 4 months later. Do not wipe this experience as I can back it up with emails back and forth. I ordered some loafers from cilool at the end of July and received them about 3 weeks after ordering. I received tracking information when they shipped. The shoes arrived exactly as described. They are very cute, comfortable, fit perfectly, and are actually made of leather as described! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because I did reach out to the company with a question about my order and received an automatic response saying a service representative would contact me within a few days, but that never happened.

I need to return the shoes I ordered . They are too big. Cannot get a US address to send them back. Buyer beware.

ordered 3 pair of shoes size 7.5. Recieved today 3 pair of shoes --1 blue pair the right size, 2 pair about size 5.
No instructions on how to return them. I am very disappointed in my order.

Same experience as so many others. Very poor quality shoes. Not orthotic at all. Requested return address and received an automated response and then crickets. No way to return shoes and from the sound of other reviews, I would just be wasting more money if I were able to get the return address and pay to send them back. Tough lesson, but it pays to look up reviews of companies with odd names with shoes that aren't sold at major retailers prior to purchasing. Ugh.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes. They arrived within a couple of weeks of ordering. They fit me perfectly, look like the picture and overall I’m very happy with them.

the return policy says it is up to 60 days. I made a purchase on July 25 and since July 29 cannot return a pair of shoes. received not a single reply to my e-mails

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes. They were never received. Several messages to customer service. Was offer a 10% rebate, a 25% rebate, and was then told to return the shoes for a refund. I told them in every message that the shoes were never received. No help whatsoever.

I have not received my shoes after three weeks. I made multiple requests for a credit. No response. No credit forthcoming. Clearly this scam company is just that. A scam company. Buyer be Ware!

Feeling very scammed. I bought one pair of shoes and was charged for and received two of the same style and size. They do not fit. 3 weeks and 4 emails trying to get them to respond to organize return.

I have order a pair of comfortable walking shoes, about two months ago. I have never received them to this day. I truly regret ordering these shoes . Ever time I email them about not getting them I receive a reply they have been mailed June 23,. Still waiting, guessing if I will ever get them! I needed the shoes to work in. RUN - do not walk - from this company!!! If I could, I’d give this scam business a zero. I ordered two pairs of shoes at $40 each - neither fit. When I contacted the company to return, they offered me first 15%, then 30% of my purchase price to keep them. When I told them no and kept asking for their return address, they have ghosted me. I should have checked them out and learned that were not based in the U.S. An expensive lesson on my part.

Horrible experience! I bought 5 things, didn't like 4 of the 5 items, returned those 4 items and I'm still waiting 2 months later to get my refund. I ended up having to call my credit card company and tell them what was going on with all the dates and tracking information, including emails from cilool repeatedly said they were working on it but never refunding a simple, straightforward return to my credit card. It has wasted a lot of my time, unnecessarily. I will never do business with them again!

No way to return shoes that I don't like. Never use them again for anything.

I ordered shoes. Sizing all wrong. Returned them at my expense. They offered a percentage only refund. They notified me the shoes had arrived but months later still no refund. They ask stupid questions like what is your email? They have the shoes back my money and I have nothing i am even the return postage out!

They appear to be taking the............... out of us.
