Excellent delivery service
The driver (Barry?) came early in the delivery window which was very convenient for me. The fence panels in my delivery were left outside my front door as requested in perfect condition. The driver was courteous and polite. Parking in my street is limited but the driver stopped outside my house just like all the other delivery vans which is great, and means a quicker delivery.

I use CitySprint to transport on a daily basis
I use CitySprint to transport instruments between Edinburgh and Glasgow on a daily basis. The communication with the teams is excellent, especially Keith, the Service Centre Manager in Edinburgh. He always informs me of any issues in advance and helps me reschedule if needed. I can track the driver and prepare for the pick up (very useful) and I get notified when my parcel is delivered to the destination. It's very easy to book the pick up and drop off in advance or on short notice.
I am very grateful for their service and I highly recommend the company.

Communication is Key
Communication is always clear and concise and response to requests are relatively swift. Any issues are usually dealt with across the phone with the outcome in the main positive and resolved. Never had any issue with any individuals at the company and always spoken to in a polite and respectful manner. Any requests that cant be met (which is not often) are fed back promptly which allows us to pivot to a new plan which is very helpful also.
