ordered two wall lights and a teapot came instead.
The company claimed this to be an accident and they would send the correct items out.
Lights never came and I’ve been ignored ever since.
After researching the company it seems that scamming customers and not sending out orders but pocketing the money is the aim. I contacted Watch dog to looks into this

Ordered 3 lights they all arrived wrong. Contacted customer services seamed helpful and said they would send replacements right away. Yet 18 days later nothing arrived no tracking provided now customer service wont get back to me at all despite sending numerous emails.

What a joke, I would seriously avoid this company. AVOID

Civaro's products ship direct from China taking a number of weeks to arrive. That wouldn't necessarily be an issue, given that their prices are competitive. However, my coat rack had an obvious manufacturing defect. When I complained, after initially making positive-sounding noises, Civaro's customer service team quickly ghosted me. It looks like my only hope for resolution now is to request a chargeback from my credit card provider. Avoid.

I purchased an item for someone else, but the item was delivered to the incorrect address _ same flat number but different postcode_ and they declined to refund or replace the item. Do not do business with this company. They are clearly dishonest.

Please don't buy from this company. It's a scam. Dishonest about arrival time when emailed it arrived a week and a half later, direct from China...Missed our event so having to return them, which is a ridiculous and expensive process as it needs to be sent to Sweden. Now it's at their customs and they won't pay the duty to get their items back or even reply to me. I'm stuck completely out of pocket.

The item doesn't look like in the picture. Save yourself some time and money and buy from a different website. They'll deceive you with the beautiful picture but send you the wrong items and not come back to you.

The courier company dumped my £500 package in front of my gates to my property. When I came home from work they were not there and Civaro refuses to take any accountability for this.
They even called me negligent!!! and said that was an adequate safe place.

Item completely not as described. It must be 1/10th of the size shown in the sale photo. Bought a futon cushion that actually is barely enough space for even my dog to rest its head on let alone me to sit on. Delivery took 20 working days when the website says 5-7 working days. Classic Chinese fake site with UK address. Returning an item is an absolute nightmare. Do not buy from this company.

This company has disgusting customer service. They have no concern for the needs of their customers. They are patronising and belittle relevant concerns and complaints.

The delivery was fast and the product looks good. Butthere was a strong smell from the fabricwhen I opened it – it faded in a few days though so there is no problem.
The Ornament is Good but the colour is much darker than shown on the website. Not quite what I was hoping for.
The item looked beautiful in the pictures, but unfortunately it didn’t meet my expectations in person.

This company is one of the worst. Ignorant, unresponsive, cheap products from China that arrive way beyond delivery date provided, and then arrive broken. And then hide away and don't send replacements or give refunds.
Buy from them at your own risk and misery

Over a month since I ordered, not received, every few days customer service say they will check where it is. Asked for a refund several weeks ago and get excuses every week that they will investigate where the parcel is and then never get back to me. No refund ever received. Feels very much like a SCAM. definitely advise to avoid if you never want to see the product or your money again.

If I could have given no stars I would.back in feb I ordered a rug needless to say it never arrived, after numerous emails to a support centre with a .co.uk email giving numerous excuses for the delay I realised I had been scammed. I lost over £200 pounds to these people. Do not touch them, I got this company on a google thumbnail photo of what I was looking for, they should not be allowed to trade on google or any other site.
Like to add to following a reply from these people some 6 months of not answering emails. This email is full of as before empty promises.they emailed me offering a 50%refund if I amended my review here. I refused Sking them to send me the item I paid for or a full refund. They agreed a full refund , I said I would update this stating they had paid me back. On 15th Jan I advised them to send it on a gift card giving 14 days. No surprise silence and no refund. On 28th jan I emailed giving them 7 days to sort once and for all.i got an email on 29th saying they were investigating and would reply within 48 hours at the latest investigating what ,had already agreed a refund, again more games from them. 7 days now up and surprise nothing. I think it's quite clear what these people are I havevdone this to warn people .as I said before should not be allowed to advertise on google.
