Just got a prop account From CK quite honestly the response time was top notch,although the website interface is user friendly theres still room for improvement would be coming back to drop an update on payout response fingers cross

there are a lot of funded traders that have not been getting paid, stay away from this cpmpany

First thing first. With regards to trading rules and conditions, I think CK is one of the most easiest prop firms out there. I have tried many of them, known and unknown, big and small, CK is by far one of the clearest rules and straight forward. Their customer service is good, they reply quickly and handle whatever questions or issues you might have in a timely and professional manner. The only thing is that they are only on discord, where you have to open a ticket, get answered, and then that ticket disappears, you don't have any record of your conversation with support. I would have loved for it to be an email option.

Now, I just reached my first payout with them, the steps are not clear what happens then. I never got an email of any sort telling me what to do or what to expect. Support said that it should take 10 working days to get approved and processed. which is too much, but OK, and all this time my account is disabled and no trading.

I have seen many complaints about payouts that have been delayed, some are saying more than 10 days and some are saying months have passed, I hope it will not be the same for my case. At the end we are all here for the payouts. I will wait and see what happens after the 10 days pass, if everything is good, I will come back and edit my rating. I would love to continue trading with them but lets see.

Update: As I previously said that we are all here to make profit and get paid. Their alleged payout time of 10 business days is over and its now more than that time. On my 10th day, I wanted to inquire about my payout but it seems that I was blocked from opening any support ticket. When I took this issue to their general discord channel only then they replied and opened me a support ticket and then they said that they will escalate my issue to the relevant team. Fast forward a few more days, they are not replying to my support ticket anymore. I now have 2 pending payouts with them from 2 accounts, none of which I have any idea of when I will get my payout.

Update: It has been more than 1 month now, 2 payouts pending, and I've been banned from chatting in the general channel on discord and hey don't reply to my support ticket.

Been waiting 2 months for a $150 payout, no email , nothing. Opened so many tickets addressing the issue. Always heard sane excuse. "Team is on it.." worst prop firm ever!!! Topstep took 3 weeks for my $2,500 payout. I request small payout with CK Capital and takes 2 months!! Wtf is going on?!!!! Scammers. Stay away from this firm. Till now. Haven't received anything.

If you reading my experience stay away from this fraud firm. My transaction ID is 21f209a8b3ea591fb1beebc18295d6d9887d127b5a631381187bc451804a1fca I paid money but they don't give me my account. I ask to customer care support. They denied I gave all proof. They told me I am not responsible for payment gateways problem. When I ask to payment gateways he told me I will return your money. But asking for gas fee that is more than I spend to buy account. This is so frustrating experience. They are scammer who doesn't give account when I paid all money how they will give you payout. Stay alert.

CK Capital is one of the few reliable prop firms today. Fast and helpful customer support, allows for news trading, good profit split, a whooping 12% overall max drawdown which is 2% more than most today and swift payouts. To top that there's zero manipulations on their end like other untrustworthy firms I've come across in the past. CK Capital is here to stay 🔥

Worst prop firm ever, don't ever think about coming to this firm.because they won't pay you.in discord people are literally screaming.many of them are waiting more than 6 months for their payout.

They had a promotion for Easter where traders got a discounted challenge and a free reset. They sent out 5 marketing emails over a 10 day promotion period, all clearly stating “free account reset on breach”. And then on the 6th email and very last email promoting the special 2 days before it ends, the email says “free reset on phase 2 accounts”. By this point I had already purchased the challenge promotion thinking it was a free reset for all accounts. Upon breaching the account I reached out via support on discord and after sending screen shots they didn’t take accountability of the misleading marketing and honor the promotion. Instead they said that I shouldn’t assume that it meant a free reset on all accounts. Not good CK.

Customer support is amazing. My inquiry was dealt with promptly. CK Capital trade rules are also generally favourable to traders. Am happy to be on board now and look forward to future payouts.

WORST PROP FIRM !!!
10.9.2025 i ask for payout and 20.4.2026 i got email with payout dennied without any reasons and block on ck capital discord server. Now i dont have answer on my emails where iam asking fore details and reason for dennyed payout

CK Capital has a very great support team. I opened a support and I got a response within 3 minutes. That was super fast and the team members are quick in solving issues when it comes to trading accounts as well. Glad I get to trade with CK Capital. The website’s interface is sleek as well. Love it

CK Capital is a relatively new prop firm offering attractive rules and cheap challenge fees, which initially drew me in. They allow flexible trading conditions such as news trading, no strict time limits on some accounts, and up to 100% profit split.
However, I strongly advise traders to be very careful with them. There are numerous serious complaints about delayed or denied payouts even after successfully passing challenges. Trustpilot has removed many reviews for being fake, and overall feedback remains mixed with multiple reports of accounts being terminated without clear evidence or explanation. Some traders have waited weeks or months without receiving profits, and others say they were blocked on Discord after raising complaints.
While a few people claim to have received payouts, the red flags are too many for such a new firm with no solid long track record. Be extremely cautious and do your own research. I am writing this to warn other traders: Do not waste your hard-earned money on CK Capital. Despite the association with Den Cheung, the actual trading experience with this firm is a disaster and they lack basic professional credibility.

Here are the primary reasons why I suggest staying far away:

Absurd Spreads: Even on major Forex pairs where liquidity should be high, the spreads are massive. It makes it nearly impossible to scalp or trade lower timeframes effectively, as you are starting every trade at a significant disadvantage compared to any reputable firm.

Stop Loss (SL) Manipulation & Slippage: This is the biggest red flag. My Stop Losses are consistently "booked" way too late. When you confront them, they hide behind the excuse of "market slippage." It is a convenient way for them to drain accounts and avoid payouts.

No Native Platform: For a firm trying to appear top-tier, they don't even have their own dedicated MT5 infrastructure. This lack of technical ownership results in the laggy execution and "slippage" issues mentioned above.

The "Big Name" Trap: Just because Den Cheung is involved doesn't mean the operations are solid. A big name in the industry is being used to mask a firm that has zero transparency and treats its traders' capital like a donation.

Verdict: This is a "shitty" firm (to put it lightly) that seems designed to make you fail through technical hurdles rather than trading skill. Save your money and go with a prop firm that actually provides a fair trading environment.

I am Dan Chueng. This prop firm doesn’t pay our for months 6 months, the CEO has stepped down and ran away to hong kong, they still sell accounts. Dont buy avoidd.

Tuve un problema grave con su plataforma: simplemente no cerró mis operaciones cuando debía hacerlo. Esto no fue un error mío ni una mala gestión del riesgo, fue un fallo técnico evidente. Como resultado, terminé perdiendo la cuenta.
Lo más indignante vino después. Me comuniqué con soporte esperando una solución justa o al menos una revisión seria del caso. En lugar de eso, recibí respuestas genéricas, evasivas y sin ningún interés real en investigar lo ocurrido. Básicamente, se lavaron las manos.
No solo no asumieron ningún tipo de responsabilidad por el fallo de su propia plataforma, sino que tampoco ofrecieron ninguna reposición de la cuenta ni una solución razonable. En un entorno donde la ejecución lo es todo, este tipo de situaciones son inaceptables.
Esto deja una sensación muy clara: cuando todo va bien, eres cliente; cuando hay un problema real, estás completamente solo.
Después de esta experiencia, no puedo recomendar CK Capital a nadie. Hay empresas mucho más serias, transparentes y responsables en este sector.

THE ONLY REASON ONE JOINS A PROP FIRM IS TO GET A PAYOUT WITHOUT CHEATING!! ' Dan Cheung'

THE GOOD:
1. Lots of 50% to 70% discount promos for affordability
2. wide range of accounts to choose from
3. 8-10% max drawdown limits on evalauations
4. maximum payouts are capped at 50% of total profits, therefore you can structure and plan your trading profits accordingly
5. you can choose your payout windows (weekly50%, biweekly,70% monthly100%)
6. discord moderators actively respond, and escalate problems to higher management
7 payouts through Rise
8. seen a few new small payouts less than $1k

THE BAD
1. takes 72hours to get transitioned from evaluation to funded account due to delays in KYC updates
2. Dashboard consistency calculator errors lead to delays in transitioning to funded and claiming payouts
3, The 10 business days payout policy (you have to be patient!)
4. There are delays in senior management response from moderators
5 moderators responses to payouts are scripted to reassure you but without any real change to your payout delays enquiry
6. Discord: anything that is negative that you raise on general community to alert the moderators to handle is immediately removed and you are blocked /blacklisted
7. Dan Cheung youtube reviews payouts challenges from other propfirm except for CK capital, most CK Captal clients are his followers from social media and students of his his trading course

THE UGLY
1. Backoffice processing payout delays beyond 10 days (apparently Dan Cheung 's 3 founding partners left him to run the propfirm alone, he has also resigned and a new team will be taking over according to his discord announcement 22 April 2026 !)
2, The prop firm CK capital has experienced lots of cheaters, but does not have an automated system to detect realtime ( in the era of ai and automation??)
3. The backoffice risk management reviews each trade manually, consequently prolonged delays in payouts more than 10 days ( extremely frustrating!)

CONCLUSION:
Great range of accounts with bad experience of cheating traders and limited back office , THEN if you can be PATIENT with dashboard technical consistency erros, 72hr transitioning from eval to funded, and lack of transparency with regards to beyond 10 days payouts then you can buy CK Capital
