Never put I claim how they got my number ne er heard of them

No idea who they are and why they are messaging me and how they got my number googled them and I’ve never dealt with them before

Filled in forms to make a claim with them over a month ago, I have heard nothing, not been given a customer number, no updates just silence. I suddenly remembered yesterday that I had filled these forms in and so emailed to say that as i had heard nothing from them I could only assume that they haven’t done anything with my claim and not to bother to take it any further as this isn’t a great start and I’m not interested in dealing with them. They then come back to say I would be in breach of contract?…. How when they haven’t done anything??!!, they then tell me they have contacted my bank for information, when was this?, they certainly haven’t told me anything so if all you have done is send the bank an email and not updated me then just cancel the claim I’m not interested. They then get a very rude manager to call me who tells me they have updated me????? When? Don’t touch this company with a barge pole

Up to now I have had replies to my emails but it is taking a lot of time probably due to the massive back log in claims .wait and see what happens .PPI claim with capital one .

Do not use this company, they take on claims with HMRC them pass the claim onto a third party company who are fake and fraud by claiming you money back , HMRC pay them directly and then don't forward it onto you and keep the money themselves, and claim lion don't want to know or help as they are the ones who process the claim but we're the ones that gave it to the scam third party company that disappear and cannot be contacted

I believe black lion law and claim line law are the same company.
After 2 years of dealing with my case and going to court twice my case was thrown out because the lawyers did not have the correct information although I had told the staff at blacklion law about it..
I have since complained twice as I was absolutely mortified by the way I was treated by blacklion law at court.
Today I received a letter from claimline law now saying I have 8 stages off complaint to go through which will probably take another 2 years.
Please people do your homework before you deal with this company as in my opinion are not good.

Would leave a no star review if possible. Waited 3 years for a response from these and never received anything.

Very straightforward
Just right amount of back and forth communication with easy to understand details.
The various agents I communicated with always came back promptly and answered my queries.
I would definitely recommend using their services.

Quick and efficient. Received claim money within bank within a day or so of being informed of success.

This has been a painless experience with no problems at all.
