They called me after me filling out a form. They gave me all the options. Very lengthy questions which I understand. I then said I wasn't going forward with an IVA as I was in less than £8000 worth of debt. I sorted out a loan and am in a much better position with my credit score. They then continue to message and I get calls trying to convince me with an IVA. I've asked them to take my name and number off their records now and I'm still getting them.

I never leave reviews, as normally most things are what you see is what you get!
But…I have been emotionally burdened by my debt, that through no fault of my own spiralled until I couldn’t see a way out. I’ve slept on it, pushed it to the back of my mind and denied if for so long that I was at the point of no return and I had to face it. I googled debt advice and Clarity Insolvency was the first result, and I’m so glad it was. From the minute Paul made contact, everything was taken at my pace. We spent a long time on the phone going over everything, he made me feel at ease, regularly taking breaks, and not once judging me but remaining totally empathetic throughout. The whole process was very simple once I opened up and within the same day, we had a positive outcome and I finally can see my way out of debt.
