We were gone for shoe shopping without an online appointment at Bedford store. But didn’t wait for too long. Vaneesha helped us for finding the correct shoes for our son. She was very lovely with our son. We really love the experience shopping with Clarks.

We attended Clark’s in Bedford today and the service was outstanding from start to finish. We were served by Ahlam, who was so polite, helpful and knowledgable about the shoes and sizing. One of my daughters suffered with sensory issues and Ahlam was so accommodating to this and offered lots of helpful solutions to enable her to make choices. She is a wonderful member of staff and please thank her from us all.

Ordered sandals online for delivery to store; tried on in shop, felt too big, but was persuaded by salesperson they were fine. Tried on again at home, definitely too big, took back next day, (different) very helpful salesperson who sorted me out and got smaller pair ordered. Sandals received and are fine, but nowhere near quality of pair is bought a few years ago and not enough adjustment available on straps - adequate given I bought on sale, but not worth paying full whack for these

We were served by Luke. Although he was new, he was very attentive, engaging and extremely helpful. Great work by the whole team at Bedford store

I took my granddaughter to buy school shoes today at their Bedford store.
It was a very pleasant experience.
Our assistant Ahlam was very helpful knowledgeable and kind to her and we will definitely use this store again.

Thank you to Inaaya at the Bedford store for unbelievable customer service yesterday when I popped in to get some trainers for my twins. They were grumpy and tired and not did she show unbelievable amounts of patience that she turned their frowns upside down! We came out with two pairs of trainers and a backpack, thank you for making the experience great!

Jurgita at Clarks in Bedford was extremely helpful today. She was very efficient, helpful and welcoming. I was there to pick up a pair of shoes for my son and get his feet measured. She brought five/ six different pairs for my son to choose from and she helped us to pick up the best deal. She also kindly recycled his old shoes. I was very pleased today with my experience at the store.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Jay at the Clarks Bedford store – he was so kind and genuinely helpful while we were buying school shoes. He took his time to make sure the fit was perfect and that they were really comfortable. Really appreciated his patience and care – made the whole process so much easier!

Daniel is currently a trainee at the Bedford Clark’s store however he handled his tasks as if he had lots of experience. He was happy and bubbly with my girls and made them feel comfortable during their time with him. He is a great member of staff would be a great addition to the team. Very pleased.

How are customers supposed to know when online orders arrive in store if no notification to come and collect is sent? I had no idea idea my shoes were ready to collect. I just turned up in the end and asked and lo and behold the box was there. Every other retailer on earth would let you know - I'm not a mindreader. When I raised this issue in store the staff (standing in a circle chatting) seemed dismissive and borderline rude. Not sure I'll order from here again as Clarks clearly isn't bothered about its customers. Feeling let down.

How are customers supposed to know online orders have arrived in store for collection when no notification is sent? I just went to the store in the end as I looked on the tracking and apparently it was there. Not impressed with the staff in store who seemed dismissive of my feedback. No apology or explanation offered for why I had received no communication. Reluctant to buy again as the company obviously isn't fussed about customer service. Disappointed.

Ethan at the Bedford store who was on just on his 2nd day training was absolutely superb with my 2 children (ages 6&7) He was kind and thoughtful & spoke to my kids in a really nice manner.
He was confident in what he done and had a smile that made us feel welcome.
Arjan was overseeing him & checked on his measuring skills and was also extremely kind and supportive.
The manager was also very helpful when we spoke to him. Its a lovely store with staff that look like they actually want to be there, which is truly refreshing.
Ethan will be an asset to your company and we wish him the best.

Took my Mother In Law to the Clark’s store in Bedford and we were helped by Jurgita. She was very patient and knowledgeable. Understanding what shoes were required.

Sienna at Bedford Store was very helpful. She even suggested some good combinations for me. Top notch service from the young lady.

We visited the Bedford store today to get a new pair of trainers for my two year old son. Sunit was absolutely brilliant, kept talking through the whole process of measuring and fitting the shoes to find the right pair and engaged with my son the whole time. Would highly recommend and hope that we’re lucky enough to see Sunit again the next time we need a new pair!
