Belle at the Castlepoint store was very helpful. She understood what I was asking for and talked through my choices. I'm very pleased with what I purchased for my office Christmas party.

Went to Clarks in Castlepoint Bournemouth with my son , which is 18 months old. There I found Belle which was amazing as my son it’s very difficult founding shoes , as his feet it’s very thick.So Belle helped me find shoes for my son, she is so professional and attentive with customers. My son have the right shoes because of Belle. They shoul promote her to a higher position! Thank you Belle !!

Carla and her colleague greeted me the moment I stepped through the door. Friendly and approachable Carla listened to the particular shoe I was interested in and quickly sought the sizes from the stockroom. After discussing the fit, Carla reached for half sole inserts and then full sole insets to assure I had the prefect fit. We both noted the website showed the blank Friday sale price and the store price was adjusted to match.
Such a lovely, professional and helpful staff member. I’ll definitely return when I need new shoes. A credit to the team.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. I have met Bella at Castlepoint, Bournemouth Branch today. She spared no effort helping me find what suits me. Despite me taking much time and being hesitant about what I want, she kept smiling and showing professional attitude. Thanks to her, my experience with Clarks has been amazing.

I visited the Clarks shop at Castlepoint yesterday. The store was busy as they had their “Black Friday” sale and appeared to be short staffed. I was served by Abby who, despite being busy, gave me excellent advice on the fitting of my shoes. Without her advice I would have left the store empty handed.

I was shopping for a funeral and was completely lost. Belle was so kind and helpful. She helped measure my feet, gently explored the options and I ended up with the right pair of shoes. Thank you Belle. You made a big difference on a hard day.

We went in to Clarks on a whim, it was very quiet, the staff were very friendly, we had a look at school shoes. My daughter liked the first pair she saw, I explained to the assistant that my daughter is autistic and we're not sure of her shoe size because she likes to wear shoes a size too big. The staff member was lovely and my child allowed her to measure her feet, and she was really good with her, the shoes were a bit too big but we found another similar pair and the right size (half a size bigger than they should be) and my child loves them. 15 minutes, school shoes done! We have had huge meltdowns in shoe shops before, and great difficulty finding school shoes... but not today!! Thank you Hannah for great service.

Hannah in the Castlepoint store was really helpful today. She explained everything fully and went out of her way to help us by honouring an offer that was on in a different branch. Thank you.

We were served by Carla at the Castlepoint branch of Clarkes who was incredibly helpful to my mother. My mother (80) suffers very badly with swollen feet and ankles and Carla was very kind in helping us find suitable shoes and advised us of the Extra wide fit which fitted her perfectly. Carla was very cheerful, kind and nothing was too much trouble which made my mother feel very comfortable. Thank you so much, quite a difference from M&S who basically had nothing in the store and could only order online which was of no use at all. Thank you Clarkes and Thank You Carla.

We were greeted at the door by Mandy from the Castlepoint branch. Mandy was just brilliant, our 2 year old daughter is hypersensitive to socks and shoes at the moment, so trying any new shoes on is a big deal! Mandy was calm, friendly and encouraged our daughter to try on some shoes and have her feet measured. Very successful, and we made a purchase. Mandy has helped us in the past so its good to see a familiar face and make it a less 'anxious' visit for our daughter in future. Mandy is an Asset to the Team!

I have just bought a pair of boots from Clark’s where a lovely assistant Carla served me with such patience. I tried on many boots and trainers and she brought through different sizes without any sign of frustration. Wonderful service

I received a warm and friendly greeting on arrival. I was attended to by store colleague Abby who proved both knowledgeable and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. All in all a very pleasant experience, and just as it should be. Thankyou.

Mandy was so helpful and attentive to my daughter’s needs for her school shoes. Excellent customer services.so friendly and nice.

Hannah at CastlePoint was very efficient and helpful. Had to return shoes that were too big, she suggested alternatives and was attentive while I tried them. She also helped me apply a discount code that I was usure about.

Bought school shoes for my granddaughter and was very disappointed to hear that they rubbed blisters on her heals after the first day back at school.Surely this should not happen if fitted properly

Hannah was amazing! She helped my daughter choose school shoes last week, was difficult as we were actually returning as the first pair purchased felt loose when we got home. Her feet were difficult to fit and we must have been very trying to serve- we ended on trying dozens of pairs of shoes and Hannah attended to us with the patience of a saint! Such a lovely lady and a credit to the store.
