I've had a moderately poor experience with this company. Every cover I've purchased from them has deteriorated in what I consider an unacceptable way. The material dries out to the point where simply trying to pull a corner over the arm rips the fabric. I've had the Ravenna, Madrona, and Veranda covers. Both of my Ravenna covers broke tonight when putting them back on after the first party of the season. Two corners of the fire pit cover tore and the cord to tighten the chair cover down just disintegrates when pulling. I've been through 3 chair covers, two patio table covers, and three fire pit covers over 10 years. The straps and even pull cords do the same. After a few years they just start disintegrating and will rip with normal force. Now first time around they replaced the covers, but after the same thing happened again, that was it. The warranties have gotten shorter as well - now just two years on the Ravenna. On the contrary, my Weber brand grill cover has not a single tear after 10 years and is still pliable, so I know it is completely possible to make a fabric and straps that last. The covers look great and are premium priced, but it's not the premium cover I'm looking for. I'm at the stage of life where I just want to buy something that works well and this isn't it.

My Classic Accessories, Hickory Series, Outdoor Furniture Covers ripped due to the winter weather and snow on them in Toronto, Canada, as per suppplied pictures (if possible to attach).

Tried to submit a product warranty claim for some of my covers I had bought from them and says I’ll have a response in 10 days. I’ve gotten no response and customer service does not pickup the phone. Do not buy from this company. Their covers don’t hold up either.
