In the past I had ordered similar items and they were processed and shipped with 24~48 hours (not including weekends). This time around I ordered my items on a Tuesday and they shipped the following Monday. Also their store brand shaving cream, while wonderful, use to come in a white plastic container filled to the top with cream. Now they use a see through plastic container where you can clearly see they huge pocket of air where shaving cream is suppose to be. On a final note their point system is broken. Classical shaving states that for every 10 dollars spent you get one point. My order was 65 dollars (before shipping cost) and I only received 5 points. I tried reaching them about this, but I have yet to receive a reply. All in all classical shaving appears to have final made the greatest error all businesses tend to make; putting profit over quality.

I was a bit skeptical about having someone hone my blade for me, but when it needed a tune up I sent it to yall, and I can honestly say that I'll be sending it again in another few months. Better than when I first got it, I had the best shave ever first using it back from yall. Definitely going to recommend to everyone I know.

The price of the strop I ordered was great for the quality and the actual product. I wanted a 3in strop and must places charged a lot more for an extra inch or half inch. And it's nice looking, which is nice. It still needs to be broken in, but it does its job better than my old one

My dad likes shaving cream in a tube. ClassicShaving had it at a reasonable price. The delivery was fast and the communication was good.

This company has no idea what customer service is about. I placed an order that included a Strop-It Super 77, Replacement Plattens, a Razor Safe and the sharpening of my razor that i shipped to them on 2 day delivery from VA that day. USPS kept their word and delivered my razor to them on time, however thats when good customer service went down the toilet.

I phoned Classic Shaving and spoke with Beverley about 3 weeks later as I was wondering what was taking so long. She informed me that the person that sharpens the razors is on holiday and is not back until the following week. I told her that this normally would not be a problem except now I am going on vacation out of the country and I will not be back for 3 weeks.

When I asked if Classic Shaving was going to reach out to their customers and apologize for the delay in sending the razors, or at least inform them at the time of ordering that their order will not be completed for extended periods so that they didn't pay for expedited delivery, Beverley was nice enough to apologize and offer to refund half of the sharpening service. But I have yet to see this refund.

The next thing I explained to Beverley was that when I returned I am only in the country for 2 weeks then I am heading out again to not return for an extended period of time, so I want the razor to take with me. Well lovely Beverley said for me not to worry and would ship the razor the day before my return so when I land it will be here the day after, perfect plan to me so I agreed that this will have to do.

Well low and behold I arrived yesterday there was 3 notes in my postbox from good old USPS, with the final one saying in bright red "Final Notice" your package that was first tried to be delivered 3 weeks ago has now been returned to the sender.

Nice job Classic Shaving!.. Now I am not only going to be heading out the country without my $200 razor that I paid you to sharpen, but also without the other $150 in goods that I purchased with you.

What an absolute joke.

Well over the years I have received many comments on my moustache, mainly due to the Pinaud product. I have however in one of my earlier orders received a tube of the wax that was solid, tried to lay it in the sun to soften but it remains firm.
