I’ve ordered 4 times and found all items to be beautifully stitched and of good quality. Sizing is spot on and no problems after washing. These clothes are beautiful and affordable shipping times are always quick. I highly recommend Trendia.

I recently ordered 5 items from Trendia and had a great experience! Everything arrived right on time, the packaging was neat and secure, and all the items fit perfectly. The quality looks really good and exactly as expected.

On top of that, their customer service on WhatsApp was really helpful and responsive, which made the whole process even smoother. Overall, I’m super satisfied with my purchase and would definitely order again. Highly recommend!

Wrong sizes and quality, takes long hours for someone to respond in customer service

I have been a customer with Trendia for couple of years , they have beautiful collections for very reasonable prices , their shipping is great and most importantly their customer service is excellent, I had to make a change to my order where I ordered a wrong size and when I contacted the support team immediately made a change and helped me with my order which is appreciated. I would recommend Trendia to my friends!

I would give zero if I COULD. TRENDAURA... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Inferior clothes that don't match the photos. They fob you off with lies when you try to return them. Haven't been able to get my £100.10 refund or instructions to return the cheap and nasty trouser suits.

I love your company and your knowledgeable staff. I will surely refer your company to my family and friends.The young lady who I talked to last Wednesday was very polite. I wanted to get 2 outfits by th 19th Feb,for my husband one year puja, and she was so polite and honest by letting me know I will not be able to get it on time, as the ones I selected was coming from India.I thank you so much.

I am sharing my experience to seek guidance from other customers who may have faced similar situations.
I placed multiple orders with Trendia based on the size information provided on their website. Unfortunately, the sizing did not work for me. In my experience, the items received did not align with commonly used global size expectations (for example, a 2XL item fit smaller than an XL). I communicated this concern to the company immediately after receiving the products.
I contacted customer support promptly, shared photographs, and explained that the items did not meet my expectations or requirements. After this communication, I was informed that a full refund would be processed once the items were returned.
After returning all the items, I received a response stating that a refund would be issued only for two items for which return labels were provided, while the remaining items would be eligible only for store credit. This outcome was unexpected, as the sizing concern had been clearly communicated upfront.
Additionally, after receiving the first order and realizing the sizing issue, I chose to cancel a subsequent order before it was shipped. A cancellation fee was applied, which was surprising to me, as the items had not yet been dispatched.
This experience has been disappointing, primarily due to the lack of clarity around sizing standards, return eligibility, and cancellation charges. I am sharing this review to understand how others handle similar situations and to encourage clearer communication around sizing, returns, and refunds so customers can make informed decisions.

Ordered to test the products and advertising paid 75 cdn for and outfit . Poor quality material size miss match for top and bottom . It was a Bollywood style outfit . I will never order from them. Reviewed refund process and said to myself will choke up the cost .

Artikel ok, aber viel zu klein und das Wichtigste, Sie nehmen einen in den E-Mail-Verteiler mit auf, ob man will oder nicht, und dann kommen jeden Tag (!!!) Werbeemails... für den Rest des Lebens... denn jegliche Löschanfrage - ob freundlich oder unfreundlich wurde ignoriert. Fazit: Finger weg!

Extremely poor quality material for the price of crepe material. I bought this for $60 plus and turned out to be like very cheap material and stitching quality . I wont be able to recommend this product or store to anyone.

I was not happy about the saree they send me, so try to contract couple of time and other sales rep was not helpful, but Rama Devi understood and was very pleasant and solved my problem, good customer services skills she has.

Worst. Every piece of jewllry i purchased is falling apart. Bad quality. Please dont buy

I have purchased from Trendia Global before. The size was pretty decent, even though I had to run a double stitch to prevent fraying.
I did notice that the colors weren’t what was displayed in the pictures.
Decided to order again since out of all online stores, these guys seemed okay.
There was a severe delay in the shipment. I had to constantly write to them. Needed the outfits for a wedding. Finally someone responded saying 2 of the outfits were in and they were waiting on the third. Told them to send the 2, and mail the third later.
Big mistake! Their system showed everything delivered. I finally called up the customer service number. The person was extremely nice and assured me that I’ll get the outstanding item soon, which I did.
However, the colors were again way off. A beautiful peach outfit was actually a sick shade of orange. A pink outfit was a glaring red. The quality of the material is extremely cheap. In fact, it looks tacky and cheap.
I would strongly recommend Trendia to get better photos in natural light. And give more accurate description of the material.
