Always wanted a Moravian Star!
This fixture is a beauty and puts lovely pattern on the ceiling. Also looks nice on a dimmer. Does not give off tons of light but is perfect in my upstairs hall. Nicely made, classic and stylish all at once.

Hello, Blue Skies in Maine. We are grateful that you took the time out to leave us a 5-star review. Thank you so much!
To many bubbles in the glass shades
The fixtures and the hardware are of pretty good quality. The glass shades have too many air bubbles in them though. All three of mine that I ordered have those air bubbles which takes away from the beauty of the product. I was asked for photos, so I sent photos. They said the photos were unclear because of the wood background, my opinion differs and I would attach photos here if I could. Oddly, they stated they could only see a couples bubbles in the shades. That doesn't warrant any action I guess. They requested more photos, I'm not taking the lights apart again and taking more photos. Apparently a few bubbles in each of the glass pieces is fine with them. So if it's fine with you to have bubbles in the glass pieces then go ahead and buy these. The rest of the product, as I stated, is of good quality. I just removed a star for the futile waste of my time in this process,

Customer service was great!
Customer service was great!! I bought 3 lamps and when I received them they were a little bigger than what I needed and so I returned them. That was easy and the credit was given immediately to my account.

I purchased from Claxy for the very…first time!!
I purchased from Claxy for the very first time this month and I have to say that I am extremely satisfied with them. My pendant light fixture is of high quality and looks fabulous over my dining table. It's very chic and stylish and their prices are very reasonable. But more importantly, their customer support goes above and beyond to make sure you're happy! Way to go folks at Claxy. Mark me down as a very happy customer!!

Advertised as free returns but I was responsible for the return shipping ($122) for the items that were not as described in which case we didn’t like. Will not buy from again. Much easier to buy from the big box stores and return things for free that you don’t like.

Hello Kimberly. When you had difficulty in placing an order with coupon code, you did the right thing by emailing us immediately. You were able to successfully place an order with coupon code after we showed you the right way. We sincerely apologize for the fact that the time needed to respond to your email in resolving your issue and the time needed to process the return and refund is longer than you expected.
As a matter of fact, we need to take all the necessary steps to process return and refund and we are unable to take the next step before we finish the last one. We regret that your issue may not have been handled in the way you wanted. Lastly, we want you to know that we value customer feedback so that we can try our best to provide you with better customer service. Hopefully, we still have a chance to serve you again.

Hello Shimnon. Thanks for your review. For your information, the order that you have returned is #866034618 and this order has been refunded last week. We suffered from a date loss and it took us quite some time to recover the lost record, which resulted in a delay in refund. We are terribly sorry about the delay and the inconvenience this may have caused. Would you please check out your account and let us know whether you have received the refund? Thank you very much.
Efficient and qualiaty
This is not my first Claxy purchase. My pendant lamps came exactly as I expected and quickly. They look stunning in my new kitchen.
