Wenn man kostenlos anbietet sollte es auch kostenlos sei.
Wenn ich nach 7Tagen bezahlen soll ist es nicht kostenlos.
Man wird arglistig getäuscht.

Free trial er ikke gratis. Man trækkes derimod 69kr på sin konto uden accept. Idet man klikker ok til at starte gratis 7 dages prøve periode - kommer der kvittering for at der er trukket 69kr på konto. Svindel og humbug😡

I downloaded Cleaner Guru and was alarmed to see that it would cost £7.99 a week. But since I had the free trial, I set it to work with the (you would think) simple task of reoving duplicate photos and duplicate contacts.

With regard to duplicate contacts, it did so. But by the cunning trick of removing ALL contacts. They are unrecoverable. I have spent hours trying to get them back. I now have some back but it has cost me hours and in WhatsApp my contacts now just appear as numbers so I will have to add them manually since WhatsApp and iPhone Contacts appear not to ne speaking to one another.

I am furious! Cleaner Guru promised a “1-week free trial,” yet they charged my account without my consent. This is outright dishonest and unacceptable. I trusted their offer, followed all instructions, and still ended up paying for something I never agreed to. Customer service has been unhelpful so far. I strongly warn others to stay away from this company until they fix their shady practices!

I signed up for the free trial but couldn't find anywhere to cancel it, except for a form on line in which Guru was charging $20 to cancel. I found a way to cancel on my phone under subscriptions for free.

I used the duplicate deletion option thinking it would delete any exact duplicated but the app deleted anything with the same title and only left one on the contacts. I then tried to reverse it and the only option states: Are You Sure? Your contacts will be removed from your iphone and icloud. This process cannot be reversed.

This is so confusing and it appears to say all my contacts that are not reverable will be deleted in 30 days!!!!!!!!!!!!! This was very scary.

Guru didn't answer any of my messages right away, as it took them a few days to respond making me more uneasy. There is no phone number to contact them. .
I finally got an email back from them explaining how to reverse the deletions. I feel better now knowing they did get my messages and are trying now to help me.
Use this email to get ahold of them and give it a couple of days for a response. Support@uni............

Tried this app with a 7-day “free” trial. The same day I purchased 5/6 I cancelled the auto renew because i didn’t think the expense equaled how much I would use it.

After the trial I was charged. I reached out and asked for a refund thinking it was simply an error…and provided the requested screen shot of the cancellation the same day as the download. Even tho they asked for a screen shot…they then referred me to Apple’s process.

I did the process with Apple and was told it “wasn’t eligible for refund” without ANY explanation. I reached out to Cleaner Guru again and they said “sorry”.

Posting this as a warning before you get the “free trial”.
