The Team did an outstanding Job with fitting 3 Brand new windows, and. And a brand new door, the Team came out to measure all measurements and gave me an excellent quote there and then, so I accepted the quote and within a couple of days. They arrived at my door and just cracked straight on, thank you Clear cut Windows.

I ordered windows and doors from them, everything was fine and beautiful, kind and many promises. After the installation, I checked all the windows and doors again to see how straight they were installed and I found that one window was not installed correctly. I contacted this company, with evidence, I have pictures where you can see that the window is installed incorrectly, but they motivated that the walls are not straight and they installed in such a way that the window opens. I told them that someone needs to come and install this window again but they refused. I waited a few weeks and I didn't receive any response from them. How can you trust that if problems arise in the future, this company I don't think will solve them. The biggest mistake was that I transferred the money directly after the installation, I should have transferred it after a week, to wait for the windows to be tested again.I am very disappointed.
