Terry and his employees cleared my Sister’s & Brother-in-Laws house. This was a particular challenging clearance as the property was in a dreadful state. They took the greatest care and assisted me in recovering documentation and items which may have been lost had care not been taken.
I feel that the charge for this job; given the conditions was quite reasonable, an estimate was given prior to starting, which had to be adjusted once they had started. I was fully prepared for this as I had a good idea of what they would encounter. I can’t thank terry and his team enough for what they have done.

The Company completed work on refurbishing my house, after several weeks, literally from the attic to the garage. And all windows outside. Looks beautiful, the house is like new. Work carried out to the highest standard.

My back garden was extremely overgrown and neglected by a previous tenant. I had it cleared and landscaped by this company. They were exceptional at breaking down the entire process of the job and explaining step by step what needed to be done. They understood and listened to our expectations with incorporating ideas to help make the end result exceptional and were always available.
The team were friendly, hard working, professional and skilled. Nothing was too much and they went above and beyond and took the entire responsibility for skips etc. and left the premises exceptionally clean.
It was an outstanding experience working with them and the work carried out was to the highest quality and the timeframe was exceptional considering the huge amount of work that needed to be carried out.
I highly recommend this company.

Awful, aggressive and poor value.

Terry was very quick to respond to my request for a quote. The following week Mark worked very hard all day to dig out some very overgrown, out of control shrubs and give the garden a good tidy up. Both of them are lovely guys and I am delighted with the results

Used these guys to clear and level a 200m2 plot and then distribute 30 tons of topsoil.
Completed over 3 days to a fixed price. Prompt, tidy & friendly.

Absolutely brilliant. Terry Mark and Adam together did an amazing job at putting up a new fence and gate. Excellent work and nothing was too much trouble. Would have no hesitation in recommending them. Really pleased with the result.

Terry and his team were fantastic. Very professional from first contact to completion. A difficult time for myself and the family as we required my late Fathers flat clearing. A two bedroom apartment on the second floor with over 87 years of goods, chattels and confidential papers requiring specialist disposal. All done within a day and a half with sensitivity and compassion. Highly recommended.

We had a large overgrown wooded area (ivy, brambles, nettles, old tree trunks etc plus trees needing trimming) at the back of our house that we wanted some access to and some clearance of as it looked terrible. Terry came around, quoted and started the work within 3 days.
4 guys worked for 3 days. My wife and I were taken aback at how amazing the work was. The whole area was not only cleared down to topsoil, but weed roots removed, trenches dug to level areas and for drainage, trees and bushes trimmed beautifully and everything left looking completely clear...we haven't seen it like that in over 30 years! All rubbish removed as well and everything left completely tidy.
The result was way beyond what I had expected and looks stunning.

Superb service! I needed a small area of land cleared. Mainly long standing brambles, weeds etc. There area was cleared quickly, professionally and cleanly. Many thanks to Terry and his team. Great work!

I had the company turn up today they said they would arrive at 9.00am ,they started work straight away clearing my garden it took them 1 hrs and 10 mins from start to finish ,they cleaned and brush up all the paths leaving no mess a first class service

Mark and Scott carry out and excellent job, hard working happy and friendly through out.
They worked miracles with my dads garden from an over grown bushes and junk and sheds full of god knows what to a lovely blank canvas garden.
These guys go above and beyond will try their best to help anyway they can l.

Terry and his team transformed a long-neglected large house by clearing and thoroughly cleaning it. They cleared out front and back gardens, the latter had overgrown to the first floor. Terry also organised an electrician and a carpenter for essential safety repairs. The team took responsibility for the work from beginning to end but provided me with updates as I could not be there on the day. I can highly recommend Clearthelot as a caring and professional business.

Terry and his team have been fantastic; not only did they work efficiently but fast and with good cheer too. Literally cleared the lot! Terry went out of his way to offer recommendations for other services that we needed and he has always responded promptly with good grace.
