The company staff are extremely helpful especially when it comes to resolving problems and they do so in a prompt timely manner as far as they can within the scope of the speed others respond. Clear Utility Solutions negotiated our next business electricity contract. They were extremely efficient and found us the best deal tailored to our individual circumstances. One phone call to Chris and he assured me that nothing is going to change, that these people are just fishing for massive bonuses and had we gone along with ny of them then we would break our own contract and find ourselves with huge bill increases.

We got in touch with the team at Clear Utility Solutions after hearing about them from the Derbyshire Association of Local Councils. Our electricity contracts were due for renewal last year and the team secured us a great deal just in perfect time before the massive price hikes began in the autumn. We have since used the team again for an unmetered supply and they have been able to procure a great green energy tariff for us. We had an issue with one of the suppliers and the team stepped in and sorted it all out. I can't recommend them highly enough. Brilliant service!
