Scam artist...avoid at all costs.
Ordered a hat from this "business".
Here are the problems. First, it arrived in a bag and had completely lost it form and front of the hat was wrinkled to the point of disfiguring. Their excuse, is not using boxes to reduce the amount of waste. IT'S A HAT! Who wants a crushed hat? Second, as opposed to the misleading pictures on the website, the contrast of colors is weak, very weak, and the images are barely distinguishable even from a close distance. Thirdly, this hat is cheap from front to back, top to bottom.
I complained and as expected from a company with zero honor, they said they would give me 30% off of my next order. I almost spit out my coffee. I would never order another thing from these rip off artists so how does that help? How about a full or partial refund on the custom order I am so dissatisfied with? Nope, they can't do that.

Bought two hats
Bought two hats. They were supposed to be delivered by March 9th. That is the reason I bought them so they would be here before my son and grandson birthday. Well I had to buy them thing else because they came a week late. Don't think I will be ordering from them again. No tracking # for me to even know where they were. Not happy at all

I recently ordered a personalized hat and matching hoodie. The hat was perfect however the hoodie was a lot larger than expected. I contacted customer service and they agreed to send me the smaller size. Great experience. Shipping takes a little long but that is to be expected coming from overseas, so plan around it. So I placed an order dec 7 2021. My order was 2 hats and 2 hoodies cost me $ 252.00
It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my husband. I ordered all 4 pieces at the same time. I recieved the 2 hats about a week after Christmas and we are now jan 13 2022 and I still have not recieved the hoodies. No call from no one no email nothing. I am very upset. I doubt I will be placing any more orders through this company again. U would think that placing an order everything would have come at the same time not separated this way and still didn't recieve the rest of the order

I was asked to take down my posting of my experience and once I did they would repay the amount that I spent. I responded with,, I would just really like to recieve my pkg of 2 hoodies and once I did I would think about removing my post. So still have not recieved the hoodies for my husband yet,hopefully soon we'll see. I will post when recieved

The quality of the items I ordered was amazing and they were beautiful! The personalization of the items were tastefully done. The shipping time is lengthy, but plan around it. I received all of my items except 1 prior to Christmas. Customer Service is very good as well. Overall, very pleased. I will order from thus company again.

I placed 2 orders with this company. One was received, one was not. When I attempted to contact them via email all I got in return was computer generated responses. I also attempted phone calls which were not answered. There is actually no real way to reach anyone in customer service. 2 months later still have not received 2nd package. After they read my review they did reach out and refund my money are they said they are still going to try to get the hat to me.

Don’t waste your money!!!!!
I order a customized hoodie for my husband for Christmas. I placed my order before Thanksgiving thinking it would arrive in time. I was unaware this item would be shipped from China, because their website is very deceiving and gives the impression that it’s an American company. I received the hoodie 6 weeks later (too late for Christmas) just to open it and realized there was no personalization on the sleeves. The sleeves instead just genetically had DEER HUNTER written on them. I emailed them and provided them a picture as proof of the error. I was then sent a reply email that said my order did not have a personalization placed on it. The item I ordered literally says personalized hoodie. I even double checked the spelling of my desired personalization before I submitted my order. They would not let me return the item or send me another hoodie correctly personalized. They instead offered me 10% off to reorder and repay for the hoodie, to which I absolutely refused. Also the material for this item is cheap and nowhere near worth the $72 I paid (including shipping and taxes) for it.

I ordered a 3D, personalized deer skull hat on November 16th, 2021. It was supposed to be a Christmas present for my son. I finally received it on December 31st, 2021. It was delivered from China and came in a crumpled up plastic bag, not the expected box that would contain a really nice hat. It was made very cheaply and poorly. The deer skull image, the name, and the stitching were all copied (by what looks like the quality of a cheap copy machine) onto the hat. There was nothing 3D about it. It was a very bad
attempt to copy the image of what I thought I was ordering. If the company has a U.S. business address, why is the product coming from China? The hat was personalized, so I can't return it and I am out $29 95.
