Our first time using Clickstay, got to be honest, hadn't even heard if ut until friend suggested it.
It was a nicely laid out site, easy to follow making the booking process very easy. Updated throughout every stage of the booking and after. Many thanks, would certainly recommend and will use in the future.

The villa was beautiful, the location was lovely and quiet but close enough to walk to the bars, restaurants and beaches. Communication from Margarita was perfect, she got back to me straight away on a Saturday night when we had a problem connecting to the WiFi, we had a lovely hamper waiting for us on arrival, everything was very clean and well kept and she arranged taxi transfers to and from the airport. Would definitely use LA Mer homes again and would definitely use the exact same villa again too

The accommodation is really good value for money and the 19th Hole provides good quality food and drink. Most of all the staff are excellent.

Fabulous experience throughout the entire process, since booking was started until the very day we departed. Not much to say really, the experience is entirely positive from all 9 people that were in the group.

Felt secure using this site as booking directly with owners could be a bit risky with so many scams around.

My experience with Clickstay was an unfortunate one but in some ways spoke volumes of the companies morals and values.
I had made a booking for a property and duly paid the deposit, unfortunately very shortly afterwards It became apparent that due to circumstances beyond my control, that I would be unable to fulfill the booking. I was aware that t's and c's indicated that the deposit (£365) was non refundable, however after emailing and talking on the telephone to the wonderful Medina she assured me that due to my circumstances she had initiated an immediate refund of my deposit. It was so refreshing to see a company doing "the right thing" as opposed to making a quick buck from somebody's misfortune. Thank you so much Medina for the understanding and compassion both yourself and Clickstay, have demonstrated and for reminding me that generally people are good and do good things.

booked an apartment through clickstay , was private apartment in a hotel and transaction went smoothly . will use again and recommend. Apartment was central to everything with free use of swimming pool.

We have personally used clickstay for our villa holidays in several popular European resorts since around 2015. I have found them to provide an excellent choice of villa accomodation in all of these. I have always found them to be excellent in all the areas you'd expect from an efficient company that provides the renter with complete peace of mind. You know things can go wrong but never have Clickstay strayed from doing there very best for there customer. We always go to Clickstays website first when booking our villa holidays.

My wife and I were totally overwhelmed and impressed by the attention, advice and support we were given by Medina. The service was exceptional and everything was tailored to best suit our needs. The company is run with customer service and satisfaction being paramount. Medina was very caring and demonstrated a personal touch that made us feel in safe hands. Over the course of our booking and decision making we had dealings with other Clickstay staff and everyone we encountered could not have been more friendly, helpful and supportive. Being honest Click Stay is by far one of the better holiday booking sites, yes you will always get some problems and always some negative reviews, that’s the nature of the beast but from our own experience we have never had a bad deal with Clickstay and the majority of Villa and apartment rentals we’ve had from them have been of a good standard with a few minor problems here and there but nothing that could not be remedied by owners, far superior to VRBO who fair a lot worse than Clickstay and rightly so too.

Easy to use and navigate the website, good quality photos when looking at the properties, quick and simple booking process and great communication throughout.
