Clickstay Reviews

411 Fairways was an excellent choice. John and Rose are fantastic hosts. Meet us at reception and showed us apartment. Welcome pack had everything we needed to set us up. They explained how things worked and then left us to enjoy our stay but we're available if we required anything. We had a late checkout and they allowed us to stay later in the day. This was definitely a good base for us to explore tenerife and would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you John and Rose.

We stayed in this apartment over the new year period and what a delight it was, 2 mins from the beach and near loads of amenities,Rick made a great effort to make sure everything went well and it did thank you Rick,I would definitely try and go back here when the weather is warmer so we could get better use off the flat bbq, pool, hope to be back soon Thanks Clickstay Team

This apartment was just as advertised with plenty facilities and a spotlessly maintained pool area. Very happy with the experience would happily use again.

Fantastic 3 bedroom villa in a perfect location. Local Manager Carole needs special mention great professional service provided by her.
Highly recommend this villa

I paid for an apartment for 2 weeks through clickstay, in Alicante, Spain. It was advertised as a “perfect apartment “. It wasn’t. A wasps nest and ants were the problem and I had to book into a hotel on first night. I sent email to advise clickstay immediately as booking contract stated. Long story short, they are passing the buck to the owner who will not respond to me. Out of pocket of over €1000, no holiday as I came home and ignored by clickstay. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

When booking a villa we always use Clickstay as they are a reliable and trustworthy company. The villas they have on their site are always as described. Would recommend to anyone.

Our villa booking experience with clickstay.com was a very positive experience , both in terms of the booking experience , which was very easy to do on the site , with complete peace of mind .
The site was very clear and not at all complicated to navigate .
Very quick reply on all enquires , your money is safe when making the booking , and you have reminders when payments are due , clear and concise , complete confidence in the who process, we have been using the site for years , no problems.
The information is accurate and you get what it says on the tin .
I would have no hesitation on booking with Clickstay.com

Easy booking process with ClickStay we booked an amazing villa in Orlando, easy to use the website booking process and also easy to contact the owner. I will definitely use Clickstay next time I book a villa

Had a fantastic time lovely spacious and very clean and well equipped apartment can't wait to go back and carlos was amazing nothing too much trouble

Just returned from yet another wonderful week in our favourite spot in Golf del Sur. This time a larger villa to accommodate our grown family. 20 of us celebrated Bill & my 60th anniversary in the beautiful 10 bed villa in Alamos Park. The additional building containing 3 bed (all with ensuite), was newly completed in time for our occupation. Perfectly situated for golf, shops, buses/taxis, restaurants. Set on a beautiful coastline. Can't wait to return. Jon, the Agent, is always so helpful. Caroline & Bill from Bonnie Scotland

I have booked Spanish holiday homes with Clickstay many times. They have a great selection of propertys and a good choice of filters to make the search easier. Easy booking system with direct access to the owners. Bookings are confirmed very quickly and communications about payments, directions to the property etc are very good. Will definately book again.

Have used Clickstay for a good few years now. Website is easy to use & they have a great choice of accommodation - something to suit everyone's taste and budgets. Booking is an easy process with great correspondence and updates. Would recommend.

No problems. The villa I chose was exactly as advertised. Clickstay was helpful when my credit card was having technical dificultes and smoothed away any problems my card ( or maybe me ) was having.

I have used Clickstay 3 times now for booking the same house in Spain. There were no issues when having to change dates due to Covid and have never had any issues. Would highly recommend

Easy to use for me a novice when booking a holiday. Was able to contact the owner of the property right from this site which was very helpful and convenient.

This was our second time at villa Amia booking with clickstay. We had a fantastic stay and highly recommend the villa and clikstay themselves.

Easy to use website and wonderfully helpful people on the end of the phone when you need them. Have booked several times and have never had an issue. Recommended to friends family and colleagues
