I have ordered a few pairs of glasses from the company before with no issues. I generally have to replace frames from them after about a year, as they are okay quality, but you get what you pay for, so I'm okay with that, as they are cute and fashionable. I will say that while their shipping does take forever, I appreciated the unique frames that they offer, as I prefer larger frames and they are difficult to find elsewhere. Their try-on feature is also not as accurate, so I sometimes have to rely on the photos provided from other reviews if they are available, which may not always be completely helpful.
My biggest complaint is with the return policy, which is absolute trash. I've only attempted to return frames for a replacement for one order, and it has been terrible. Returns may only be conducted via chat. The frames must be returned for a one-time replacement within 30 days, and you are only allowed one return, even though there are no shipping accommodations, so you must pay for shipping, which is unheard of, even with most fast fashion companies.
Additionally, dealing with customer service during this experience was also frustrating, as they were rarely available during normal business hours, only available by chat, rather than by phone, because calling the phone number just prompts you to leave a message for an email; however, when they were available, they were well infomred on the policies, and attempted to help within those guidelines.
I had continued difficulty entering my prescription as the saved information would not load on the site, leading to me entering it incorrectly, even after sending a copy of the original prescription that was saved on the site to them, and I was offered a 50% discount at best after expressing my discontent with their services and requesting a refund. All of this after I had to ship the frames back myself, then wait for them to process the return, and then ship the new glasses from the manufacturer overseas, then finally ship them to me. It seems like too much trouble to shop through them to save money.
Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of quality in customer service and the increased difficulty in making a return, so I don't see myself purchasing from them in the future.

After leaving said review, customer service reached out to me to provide additional assistance. I did find their additional help outside of their traditional policy to be helpful. Their customer service went above and beyond by providing a partial refund and ensuring that my issue did not persist, even going so far as to pause the processing of my order to confirm my prescription as it differed from the previously placed ones, which I sincerely appreciated.
Ultimately, I found that the quality and service from the company were above par, and I will continue to order frames from them, making sure to triple-check my prescription that I enter to prevent unnecessary complications from entering incorrect information on my end.

I ended up finding the same ones and more that I liked on cliclime and they are much more affordable, are of better quality, and even have a polycarbonate lens option! They did take a few weeks to get here but for the price and quality it’s worth it! Not to mention customer service was super nice! Thank you cliclime! :)

I had order a pair of glasses 3 weeks ago, I got the package today but it was not my glasses it was a inappropriate adult toy, not glasses at all, its disgusting and disturbing, I feel like I have been scammed, I have contacted through Via live chat they have not responded when they asked me for pictures, Its absolutely disgusting. I am a 67 year old woman I don't need objects like this absolutely horrid.

Customer Service Is Horrible At Responding Or Resolving Concerns. The Try On Tool Is Garbage And The Frame Measurements Are Not True. The First Pair Was Too Tight, I Asked How To Adjust Them, They Offered An Exchange, I Took It Although The Frame Color Was Out Of Stock. The Second Pair Came In And Were Awful, I Refused To Keep Them So I Battled For Weeks For A Third Exchange. The Frames Are Cute, But Finding The Right Pair Is Impossible Based On Those Two Things. Now I'm Stuck With Frames Yet Again I Will Not Be Wearing Because They Are Just Too Big And Lost Out On $ I Could Have Spent Elsewhere.

First, let me say that these are really hip glasses. They probably have the best style compared to other online stores. The prescription is a bit off but it might just be the way my high prescription works with the style I got. Between prescription and style, its a solid 4.5.
However, the biggest issue anyone will have with the store is the extensive amount of time it takes to get shipped. They created a label at least one week before shipping from their warehouse. I waited 2.5- 3 weeks to finally get the glasses. I ordered 2/21 and hot them 3/15) Making the lenses took a week (pretty normal) then another week before they actually shipped then another few days whole it was in transit. So you will be waiting AWHILE to get them. Maybe they're understaffed in the warehouse, who knows?!? The only thing I can say for certain is that the style is spot on!

Edit: someone has reached out to me they did just offer a refund & I have received it.
I do still wish I was notified before the order was processed if my glasses prescription wasn't compatible with the frames I purchased.

I left a poor review at first, but I am now changing it. It did take my glasses longer to arrive than expected. Because of how long it took and because my tracking number was not updating, I thought that they got lost in transit. Customer service was swift to respond and agreed to make me a new pair with expedited shipping at no charge. I just got noticed that I will be receiving my glasses today. Part of why my tracking number was not updating is because when they send you a link, it automatically will put your tracking number into the USPS website, but the ship with a company called uniuni, so just keep that in mind when you order and want to track your package. Although my glasses were a bit delayed, customer service was great and I can't wait to try on my new specs!

Placed an order December 18th and am still waiting for them. No progress has been made with the tracking number they gave me. When I reached out they said it's because my order hasn't made it to USPS yet and I just need to keep waiting! It's been almost a month.
Not to mention, I ordered several pairs of glasses from different websites, all of which have long since arrived. Cliclime is the only one that hasn't even shipped yet.
Edit: yes I’ve been getting the emails and told to wait. I did see the email about remaking the order, thank you. I will update m’y review once more when they arrive. Thank you for being timely with your responses

There customer service sucks they will not get back to you at all. when you buy there glasses with a different currency cad to usa they will not refund you the hole amount you payed for on your account they would only pay you how much they charged you in usa currency they will not make up the difference if your refund was short and you can never get in contact with them at all
