This company isn’t even worthy of a 1 star they are scammers!

My sister in law ordered a sofa for them to deliver the wrong one, the delivery driver then robbed her of over £300 in cash!! I’ve whatsapped them on her behalf as they are ignoring her to be told if she deletes her review he will look into it, if she doesn’t then he won’t even bother! They have no intention at investigating it as they have now blocked me on WhatsApp.

Avoid at all costs!

Do not trust this company please stay away people, IHTESHAM ASGHAR has wrote a review on here and he's part of the company i had to send £50 deposit to him before delivery. The product i recieved was cheap quallity not what i orderd at all. Waiting for a refund but ive been blocked off there whatsapp so contacted the police now regarding this issue.

I had an absolutely awful experience with this fraudulent company, climaxfurniture.com. Please avoid them at all costs! Here’s what happened:

1. Fake Receipts: They provided a random receipt that had no connection to their business. Completely unprofessional and a clear red flag.

2. Wrong Items Delivered: I received items that were NOT what I ordered. After pointing this out, the situation only got worse.

3. Missing Money: The delivery driver handed me the wrong amount of money back once he loaded the sofas back on to the van—over £300 short. While I was counting the money, they sped off in their van (registration BX14 FYH), leaving me out of pocket.

4. No Transparency: Their online communication is sketchy. They refuse to disclose their location, and they only accept cash on delivery, which is suspicious.

5. Fake Reviews: The positive reviews on their site and on here are clearly fake. Do not trust them—do your own research first.

This company has been reported to the police and Trading Standards. They are operating a scam and preying on unsuspecting customers. Please save yourself the trouble and stay away from climaxfurniture.com!

Excellent products

I am quite surprised to see all these positive comments. I believe most are forged comments. I have the most horrible experience with this company. I ordered an all white wardrobe 203cm and installation service. After so many delays in delivery, they ended up delivering the wrong package- white wardrobe with grey door and oak panel strips. I asked if they could change the door and the panel, they said the white wardrobe is out of stock. I then went ahead to choose a 250cm wardrobe which costed more and told them I’d pay the extra cost and they have stopped responding to me. I’m stuck with a white wardrobe and grey door and oak strips.
I will definitely be reporting the case to the police.

I got a bed coffee table and lovely dining room table and chairs. The customer service is excellent and price is hard to beat the delivery drivers were friendly and very helpful. I'd advise anyone looking for products for their house to check out their website. Mrs lynne kay x

I'm really impressed, the sofa bed I bought was exactly as described, communication with the seller was easy, I was updated regularly about delivery time. The sofa was delivered exactly on time and withing 2 days of my first contact with the seller. Can't say anything negative as it was a thoroughly easy transaction. Thank you, my sofa is great.

The worst company iv had the Misfortune to deal with in my entire life I don’t know how these operate the way to do Only answer your phone call through WhatsApp when you’re making an order after the order has been delivered They won’t answer the phone and only message you through messenger or WhatsApp Promise you a load of false promises that they’re going to come back and replace the broken items that were delivered broken and they admitted it but don’t show up, They block me on all accounts because they won’t want to give me my money back so I’m in the process of going through small claims court. These people are thieves and liars. Do yourself a favour and go to a shop to make sure If there is any Problems At least there’s somewhere to go back and sort it out. These people don’t even have a proper address.

These wardrobes are excellent quality. They are an amazing storage solution for our growing family. Thank you for the excellent service and communication.

This company ripped off my 92 year old mother for most her savings and insisted she paid them in cash, the items she received are very poor chinese quilty and badly damaged in some areas. i would strongly advise anybody who is thinking of purchasing anything from this company to think again and go els where, when you try to contact them to sort the problems out the phone number doesn't work so everything is done through whattsapp or facebook, when you do message them they give you a load of promises and then block you after a few days. i can see there is a few people having the same issues with them and all the 5 star reviews look fake. we are in the process of getting this sorted with the correct authorities and hopfully getting something back for my poor mother. shame on you Climax Furiture YOU ARE NOTTING BUT THIEVES AND SCAMMERS
