I ordered some wardrobes good communication through out delivery was when I asked but I made the mistake of handing over the money without checking the furniture as it was all wrapped in plastic I did asked the question has all the wardrobe got hanging rails they said yes but when I unwrapped them and surprise surprise one had no hanging rail so about 30mins after they left I contacted the driver and he's response was we will deliver it on our next route and they manger will contact me,when I message the other number and told him he said the same thing about next route then he went silent and didn't reply back or take my call when I tried to contact them also one of them had the cheek to say it's only 10 ten pound to buy.so yes they seem like a good company and furniture is at a reasonable price but if something is wrong or missing there after care service to help or put it right is rubbish/shocking from my experience so just be Aware when ordering!

I've just read your reply please don't try and down play the situation I ordered 3 wardrobes why would i order one with no rail that dont make sense,as I mentioned to you or who ever I messaged the driver did say he forgot it in the van or was that a lie! anyway you can reply on hear but not reply or take my phone call and all now nearly a week later no rail or sign of getting it. Like I said before just be Aware when ordering! (Trying to charge me extra for something I've paid for already wow what a joke!)

The furniture delivered is good and very well received. Quality and material of the mattress and bed was super. Thanks to them for all there hard work in making it.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS I order a sofa off them and when they turned up the sofa was in a box the delivery guys was rushing me so when I paid them, they jumped straight into there van and sped off as I was checking the sofa straight away I noticed damage to it, but when I unboxed it the sofa it was a completely different one to what I ordered so I contact the company back straightaway. I sent the guy the picture of the sofa that was delivered and he said don’t worry I will sort it out. He said we will deliver the right sofa two weeks later which never happened. So they gave me the runabout for 2 to 3 weeks now they don’t want to replace the sofa or give me my money back even when it’s damaged and it’s completely wrong. The guy just gave me the runabout promising that I’ll sort it out and nothing gets sorted. he was blaming the drivers and sending me there number to contact them to try and get them to sort it and then it was just going back to him, if you don’t want to be scammed avoid this company at all cost I’ll be taking this to the small claims court. All the reviews look fake so save your money and go to a proper place.

Iv contacted Climax Furniture and they don’t want to take any responsibility or give me my money so they are 100% Scammers and fraudsters who take people’s money and give them damage products which don’t even match the pictures and description of what they’re selling they are leaving me but no choice but to go through a small claims court and contact trading standards.

Very nice and beautiful sofa, the delivery was smooth and easy.

Very well priced and very helpful delivery crew. Couldn't ask for any more. Sofa came brand new in the box also got to check everything was correct before paying. I have a broken leg so delivery drivers bought it into our home got my partner to check it over, they was very polite and well mannered so for this we gave a tip for there hard work.

Received my order within 48 hours from placing it. Product was just as described and what I wanted. The price was a lot lower from these guys than from other companies who were selling the same product for a higher price

Best quality furniture and half price of RRP stores . Wardrobes very deep and spacious sofas excellent quality very please with my purchases from these company and highly recommend.

I purchased a 3 Wardrobes From them and i can honestly say that service was excellent.both the Delivery Guys
And fitter were friendly, helpful and very nice, the wardrobes was delivered in 1 day after ordering ,and fitted all the same day by a professional fitter. Extremely happy with the service provided and would definitely use them again.

Very hard working handyman. Daniyal will take his time making sure every item is fixed properly. I had a wardrobe, a queen bed with 2 side table and a dressing table to assemble. I'm very happy with the service. My bedroom looks so stylish now and no damage at all. Highly recommended! 😊
