We were impressed with the service but when we received the flat pack climbing frame this is more complicated than what it needs to be.

The screws and bolts requires double refrencing when both refrences could easily be inserted on the label. Also it would be helpful if the bolts and washes were to be put together.

Frame was easy to put together. A lot of screws and bolts missing which was unfortunate. wood is treated but only with, what looks like one coat, time will tell. All in all a good buy at £300. Wouldn't pay more for it purely because of the missing equipment. My kids love it though!

We're delighted with the Highlander. We have 3 children (4,5,7) who can't keep away from it! A challenge for dad and grandad to assemble (2 long shifts and 6 recharges of the power drill over a Saturday and a Sunday), but enjoyable and very satisfying to see it coming together. We bought extra monkey bars, which fit easily to the left hand side of the frame. One of our roof parts was split too, which we're in the process of getting a replacement for, and so far the after service (with the manufacturer, not with Climbing Frames) to get this has been very personal and high quality. Overall - excellent, and great value for money through Climbing Frames.

Enquiry about a replacement safety net for trampoline was dealt with very efficiently and a replacement was sent promptly.

Delivered on time. Instructions first rate. Easy to assemble. Seems to be of excellent quality. Would definately recommend.

After browsing the site my husband and I decided on the Meadowvale climbing frame for our 2 sons (aged 3 & 6 years) and after placing the order the delivery was organised for less than 2 days later. The delivery was first thing in the morning and it was amzing how compact it all was. After sorting through it I realised I'd not ticked the box for the free sandpit but one call to Climbing Frames Uk sorted this out and it was delivered the following day at no charge (thank you). My husband and brother-in-law took a full day to sort and build it up so be prepared for that, there are loads of pieces but we labelled every piece (using masking tape and writing on it) and it was just a case of putting it all together following the comprehensive instructions. There was 1 piece of wood which had a slight crack/flaw in it but again one call to Climbing Frames Uk and we had the new piece a couple of days later.
My kids absolutely love their climbing frame, the slide is really slidey so we've put a mat at the bottom of it. It looks great in our garden and the quality is excellent.
All in all a quality product from a quality company.
