Professional; easy to access; low vision specialist was excellent. Great all around

From reception staff upwards, extremely professional, pleasant and helpful. The consultant I saw - Ms Anikina - put me at ease and helped allay my concerns. She explained everything clearly and was very reassuring.

I needed a Chalazion removing urgently before my wedding, they responded to my enquiry on a Sunday to say the could definitely help which was the reassurance I was looking for. I was then in that week, had it removed very quickly. The staff were all kind and supportive, thank you Clinica London for saving me a lot of stress and for helping me look wedding ready.

The clinic was bright, and staff were welcoming and helpful. Tests were carried out promptly and a session with the consultant provided a diagnosis and the advice I needed. Follow-on arrangements were efficient, with a detailed post-consultation report. From my perspective it was a job very well done.

I saw Ms Laura Crawley for a chalezion removal a week ago. Having read a great deal of information about chalezions and their treatment, I was a little nervous about the procedure but there was absolutely no need to be anxious! Laura was exceptional ; so warm and kind and put me at ease straight away. She explained why it was best to have my chalezion removed, although did not put me under any pressure to do so, and explained the prodcedure. I opted to have it removed there and then. With lovely nursing staff as well, I felt absolutely nothing - the eye drops did not sting ; the anesthetic injection did not sting and then I didn't even know when Laura had begun the removal. Fifteen minutes later is was all over. Really excellent - I am so grateful for the care and expertise shown to me. My eye looks so much better and is now almost healed. Thank you.

I had the most positive experience at Clinica London. I was in London as my last stop on a multi-city holiday. I started experiencing eye issues (redness, excessive tearing) which worsened to having blurry vision so first thing I did was look for an ophthalmologist for an emergency visit. Coming from the US, I did not know how to select one. I found Clinica Lindon after doing an internet search. Their website provided the information I needed. I called and spoke with Lennon who was extremely helpful and was able to be seen the same day. First of all, the office was very impressive and clean and the staff was very courteous. I saw Mr. Robbins who explained what he thought my condition was and was given medication as well. I am extremely pleased with the care I received at the clinic. I even got a written report that I was able to share with my doctor once I was back here in the US.

I had a consultation with Julian Robins who also performed YAG laser treatment. He explained everything thoroughly, giving me the confidence to have the YAG laser, having listened to my previous unfortunate issues at another establishment,
I have no hesitation in recommending him and Clinica London to anyone and indeed have been singing his praises to all!!

This is a good Clinic. Attention is thorough and professional. Time with the client is unhurried and every aspect of importance is detailed and clearly explained.

I had upper eyelid surgery done by Ms Jane Olver. She explained to me the procedure very clearly prior to surgery and gave me lots of opportunities to ask questions.
Ms Olver is a fantastic surgeon and a very pleasant person.

Excellent treatment and service but very expensive.

The only slight niggle is that there was a bit of a wait - but then that can denote someone who takes time with her patients. Tests were done before seeing the consultant so that broke up the wait. Once with the consultant, I could not have been more impressed: direct but warm and engaging. She was very informative and approachable for further information. Once she had looked at my cataracts and the information from my optometrist which had said that I didn't meet the threshold for referral to the NHS, she said that she disagreed and offered to write to my GP asking that I get referred for treatment on the NHS, which she has done. I find this amazing and it shows great integrity on her part as I had come quite prepared to pay for surgery. If my GP doesn't refer me, I shall return to her.
