This company are brilliant. All round, all encompassing, the whole shebang was one seamless experience which was down to the sublime professionalism of one man, Jon Rimmer. The sale and the process was therefore for me easy. This company are unbelievably, brilliant. Use them.

wouldn’t use this property auctioneers again if they offered their services to me for free, David Henwood Exeter branch rude arrogant person , very blunt when you need to ask him a question, told me a very low balling figure to start my property sale off at , my property sold under the hammer , then 28 days later the buyer backed out of the sale , never purchased , I was left with a £421 insertion fee paid to Clive Emson upfront this figure I’ve lost , Clive Emson didn’t offer me a refund , they then also took the whole £3000 auction fee and kept it for my themselves , I’m massively out of pocket , solicitor fees and Clive Emson fees,

Still no buyer still No sale no further forward. Massively out of pocket just goes to show auction sale is not a done deal , and you will lose fees paid to Clive Emson if your buyer doesn’t complete and they will not return any of these fees or be companionate in anyway.

The only winners in this is Clive Emson they had their money and waved bye bye to me .

We were struggling to sell an inherited property through the usual route and decided to explore auctioneers. Paul Wood took the time to explain the process throughly and answered the many questions we asked. He always provided the information in an easy to understand way and used his experience to highlight the pros and cons of selling through auction. We had Russell Hawkes visit us after three years of trying to sell our late mum’s house without success through local estate agents . He was brilliant, advising how the auction worked and how best to price the property to attract buyers. We were kept informed all the way and watched the auction on line. Thanks to listening to Russell and not being greedy and setting the price at an attractive level to entice buyers we sold the house at a figure well beyond our expectations and almost the price we were hoping for through estate agents. We would recommend Clive Emsons and especially Russell . Thank you so much

What a man! From the very start of me trying to buy a property he had my back.
Knowing that I was a first time buyer and not having an idea of where to start. Paul was extremely helpful, resourceful and just outstanding all the way through! I could not recommend Paul enough!

Chris Milne got our HMO sold after two auctions and private offers. It was a tough experience. But Chris was helpful, gave good advice. Perhaps we'd have done better if we followed it more closely. Perhaps we were a little unlucky. Jade helpfully assisted. In this arena there are a lot of sharks. We believed that Clive Emson was working for our benefit as well as theirs.

I had Russell come help me with my property and put it into auction for us.
He has been above and beyond at every hurdle we’ve had and we couldn’t be more grateful.
