ClouDNS provides a ticket system to raise questions, in my case on technical matters. On every ticket I have been raising, I got a response within 24 hours, which has always been to the point I have been asking. Hence the support team seemingly has good competence and the amount of people working on TS seems sufficient for a timely response. I have subscribed to Premium S.

I've been using ClouDNS for many years. Probably about 8 years. In my opinion, this is the best service on the market. I haven't had any problems over the years, not with performance or anything.I strongly recommend it to everyone.

We requested some custom branded settings. They applied successfully our request very fast.

We need a scanned copy of your National ID or International Passport, proof of address, and phone number for SMS verification to prevent any fraudulent activities. Please reply in the next 24 hours.

Suddenly I got that email without telling me what is the problem, what kind fraudulent activities, from where, we had around 8 services running, 20 domains in there from our own customer, how do we know which one is the problem. When I tried to respond, Cloudns trying to ask my photo of passport and proof of address, something fishy here.

So I denied to give my details without telling whats the problem is. I gave them my mobile number to contact me like what in my contact details. But they wont. So we can resolved it ASAP. But instead threaten me with ban in short period. So be it.

I had domain has been bought there for my customer, cost me around more than $xxx.

Unpleasant experience, not to the point, looks like dodgy company from Bulgaria maybe. Using people identity like passport photo and proof of address. Anyway, lets that happend. My force be with you and your customer.

Last but not least the good about this company is good response, so I leave 1 star here.
