Not being myself an expert in DNS their fast and concise support is really amazing. They sent me links for tutorials and also gave me details on the records that I would have to add on my domain setup.

Good DNS provider at very good price. Everything works as it should. Low latency worldwide. Support is exceptionally good. Overall very happy. I recommend.

I saw that they were selling .ni domain for only $1 so I ordered from them. But they suddenly cancelled my entire order because Registry refused to register. After that, I tried to register again, but they charged me $900 this time. They never guided me on this before, nor did they apologize to me a single word first. I am very disappointed with their service. They provide the worst service as Domain Registrar. They should be kicked out of Domain Registrar.

The refund was carried out normally. But I didn't get anything from ClouDNS in the end. If you're not going to make up for my hard work chatting with the support team while spending my important time, please delete the reply.

Excellent price/quality option for high level DNS hosting, I have experience using another options like Route 53 (so secure but too complex to use), GCP and Cloudflare (excellent for CDN but for DNS hosting has too many limitations) and have to say that these people are PRO at DNS. The techcnical support is really fast and accurate. And if you have tons of zones to manage the API option it´s great! I move and update thousand of zones in a few minutes. SO recommended!

Horrible customer service. They don't have a contact number and I have requested they call me multiple times and they do not.
Our DNS server expired and we need to renew it however I can't access the online account due to an old employee having the password. I can't receive an email to change the password as the DNS is expired.
They have been unhelpful despite me offering to show proof of business registration and have the director contact them directly.
This has impacted the business significantly and would recommend finding a DNS provider with better customer service.

I have been a ClouDNS customer since 2019 and have never regretted it and most probably will never regret it to stay one.

To date, I am not aware of any major infrastructure failures. Their service is extremely reliable. The anycast DNS servers respond very fast all over the world.

The record type support is great, I never missed anything. The backend is fast and mostly intuitive. There is also an API which one could use to automate processes. Never experienced any problems with this either.

All of my support tickets I wrote have been resolved fast, kind and with high technical competence.

All in all, I'm extremely satisfied with ClouDNS and will probably never switch providers again.

i purchased a domain, after paying the domain, my order was on hold for more then 3 days.
no answer from them.
after asking them why the order is still on hold, they said, they would need my ID pictures.
But i am not gonna send just a random company my ID pictures!
i asked kindly for a refund of my payment, and they refused.
they said if i am not willing to submit my ID pictures, they are going to keep my money and report my payment in the monthly statement as fraud.
what the ... hell?
gladly i already informed the local authorities in my county and my lawyer.
so be aware people and stay away from this scammy service!
i am sure i wont ever see my money again.
but i can not IMAGINE what they would have done with my ID pictures and information.

Bought their cheapest Premium DNS service to run as a slave to my hidden master. Free trial required no credit card info or forced auto-renewal, service was up and running before I had even provided them with any billing information. Both marketing information and the web interface was easy to use, not obfuscated behind non-technical marketing terms, and I believe it took no longer than a minute before I saw the AXFR's rolling in and their nameservers were serving my records. Saves me a good chunk of money over time as opposed to running my own infrastructure that I moved away from. If there's anything negative I would add it's that I'd like to be able to see a dump of the zone they've cached from the web interface.

We were looking for a backup DNS solution and good reviews and pricing led us to ClouDNS.
The Backup DNS was quite simple to set up, but I did need to clarify a couple of things with ClouDNS support.
The online support chat is great. I've used it 3 times now and got responses instantly - no waiting in a queue for ages to engage or for a reply.
My questions were understood and replied to clearly and fully.
Early days yet, but at this point I can't fault the product, pricing or support.

Great DNS service with failover checks and flexible settings. It has all existing functionality of DNS and much more. My best recomendations.

I have only used ClouDNS for a few weeks. I had a technical problem and their customer support staff responded quickly, and we were able to resolve the issue.

We are working from 2014-08-21 at CloudNS.net, this is the best DNS hosting system ever, we work using the API, totally integrated to our ERP, we are really happy after migrating from Nettica.

I use ClouDNS for hosting DNS records of multiple domains of myself and clients. The technical side is great, but maybe not that easy to start with if your new to DNS. But if you have some technical background, you'll enjoy it. They invested in technical support as well, fast and great answers to my technical questions via chat. The price is quite low, but nevertheless they do a great job without compromise.

Great DNS service, with great support - I use cloudns fully for all dns in our hosting company for all clients. And it works perfectly, since day 1 without any downtime or problem at all.

Support is very quick and very competent, and if there is something special they cannot handle they they create a ticket for you with your requirements to the correct department, you cannot ask for better service than that.

Only thing that could be better, would be the whmcs module. That needs an update, possibly with templates and such.

Amazing service, amazing support. They are quite good at what they do.

Have been using them as primary DNS for my zones for many years, very responsive customer support, no memorable downtimes, and nice products / features at very reasonable prices.
