I manage a fairly large number of domains, and therefore require a powerful, yet easy-to-use DNS provider!

ClouDNS has not disappointed! For what you get, their prices are very reasonable, and I haven't come across a feature that I've needed which hasn't been available.

Their recent additions, especially the Reseller Panel, are absolutely fantastic. We can provide our clients with top-notch, enterprise-grade DNS services under our brand, without having to maintain the network ourselves (something which we previously did via a PowerDNS cluster, and not something that we plan to do again now we have ClouDNS)!

On top of that, their support team is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and quick to respond to messages. I have only had to contact them on a couple of occasions, and each time my issue was resolved in minutes.

I cannot recommend ClouDNS highly enough, and will be using their services for long to come! Thank you, team!

I write from Italy, Rome. I have to thank you for the impeccable service regarding dns names. Never had a problem or a disservice. Ip address propagation is fast in my country. The method for automatic updating is also excellent. You don't need applications but a simple script does the job. Today I could not log in to change some parameters and chat assistance that I contacted without waiting, in the person of Gabriela whom I thank, allowed me to brilliantly solve the problem. ClouDNS has been my DNS Provider for a really long time. I was frustrated waiting for the DNS propagation delay with my domain registrar and I have not regretted the decision ever.
You will find the live chat quick and knowledgable (as I did today). In addition, you will also benefit from a top notch provider. As and when new standards evolve, I have found their servers receiving the updates. If you need a record, they have a mechanism in place to register the same.

Attempted to switch our DNS servers over to CloudDNS. Told support several times before moving over that their servers were not properly responding to DNS requests. Support was very clear that it was because I hadn't updated the NS records. So I trusted them and pulled the trigger. Moved over the name server and all websites went down. Support said they had escalated the issue to 'admins' and after 24 hours of downtime and no response, we pulled the plug on the service.

In short: service doesn't work and support is useless. Do not use this company.

Hemos ha sido clientes suyos mas de un año, no se le puede a negar que prestan un servicio de hosting DNS de calidad / anycas y Geo / ,.
La cuestion es que cuando me puse a investigar solo dos de sus servidores en realidad estan protegidos contra ataques DNS. Tienen una una web bonita seductiva que inspira confianza, pero si tu accedes en tu area de clientes y hagas uso de los recursos quepone a tu disponibilidad Firefox te daras cuenta del fiasco que hay.. Estamos esperando ya casi tres semanas por la solucion de un domini ".cl" que soporta DNSSEC desde 2011 pero ellos no. Si tu registras un dominio con ellos te daras cuenta que usan PDR como registrads,o...consulta la fama que tienen estos indios de PDR y ya veras de que va..tod ahi son scripts. El hosting DNS si que es de calidad, pero....¿La privacidad?

Llevamos ya dos semans intentando que nos solucionan de un dominio ".cl". La extension soporta DNSSEC desde 2011, pero ellos no, te agregan los registros manualmente y despues cuando modificas los mismos obviamente ya no valen.
Su servicio de hosting DNS es EXCELENTE, en relacion de calidad, precio, soporte técnico, pero cuando se trata de afrentar responsabilidad PROFESIONAL estan huyendo como unas ratas!!! Despues que profesionales eran que utilizan los servicios de Google para su corre electronico ( consulten sus registros TXT ), todos sabemos porque GCP tiene cerrados los puertos 465 y 25 :)

I decided to try this company for a DNS provider rather than relying on local DNS configuration on a new web server in a single location for redundancy purposes. I have been with them a few months and have not only had fast and friendly technical assistance when needed but find the actual interface really easy to use.

Updated and new records propagate extremely quickly and is just a nice experience all around. They are currently managing nearly 500 DNS zones for our clients and haven't had a problem or outage yet. Also loads of knowledge base articles to assist where more complex thinks like setting up PHP scripts to backup master zones and connecting via API accounts.

It is a shame the person below me (Marian Preda) obviously doesn't know any better and has ruined what would be a perfect rating so far.
