Never again will I use this company

Never again will I use this company. The delivery guy was rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. The scooter came with a full charged but not fully. I rode the scooter 1.2 miles down the street from my hotel and the battery went to yellow. INSTEAD OF MOVING ON ABOUT MY DAY, I took it back to the hotel from the 1.2 miles i had already rode it
to. It started beeping (RED) I was left stranded when the battery died.

Mind you, the delivery guy TEXTED me and said he’s dropping it off wayyy before I arrive at the hotel. He was very rude in his response. Regardless, I called him. Didn’t answer, I texted him, he left me on read. I started to leave the scooter wherever it died which was in the middle of the highway on the crosswalk.

Still to this day, he haven’t responded! Shitty ass company and outdated ass scooters!

I booked for a trip to Las Vegas

I booked for a trip to Las Vegas, I wasn’t very happy the first time, but I believe in second chances. I wasn’t wrong. Never again will I use this company. I found customer relations when confirming the booking rude, uninterested and unhelpful. The scooter’s come charged but not fully. I was left stranded when the battery died. The distance covered was 10.5k steps by my companion, so much for advertised 15 mile. Poor business model.

BEWARE - No communication and what you choose at booking doesn't matter!

I was very disappointed and ended up canceling. I booked the scooter for my mother so we would not have to travel with hers. Booking seemed to go well. I chose times that fit our window of arrival and when we would need it, paid amd got a confirmation. The next day I got a text message saying they would not deliver during that time and they would be delivering earlier in the day. We were not even going to be in the state yet - we would still be in the flight! When I tried to respond letting them know this they would not respond. I sent 3 separate messages and nothing. I looked up the number and that was even less help. Kept referring me back to the web site telling me there was not a live person to talk to. I tried all of the menur options and nothing. After a day of zero response I canceled my reservation and went in search of another company. I found one that you could actually talk to and the rate ended up being cheaper as well. I highly recommend not doing business with this company and look around for other options.

Over charged

The chair was in good condition and the delivery/pickup were fine.
The issue I had was I was quoted one price and charged almost $100.00 more and not told until they picked up the chair! When I questioned the difference I was told it was for delivery and pickup. But when I made the order I was told that it included everything.
I will not use them again.

So I recieved an email from Taylor at Cloud of goods saying that the price I paid was the price I was quoted.
No it wasnt! Here is the email from the day I confirmed the rental.

I WOULD STEER VLEAR OF THIS 3rd PARTY

I WOULD STEER CLEAR OF THIS 3rd PARTY, INCOMPETENT GROUP!!!! I reserved, confirmed and paid for my 2 wheelchair reservation from CLOUD OF GOODS 3 weeks in advance. The day before it was to be delivered, I called the “partner” that was responsible for my delivery and left a message to confirm details of delivery. I shortly thereafter was told by Cloud of Goods that the “partner” had cancelled due to improper equipment. Turns out the “partner” only had 1 wheelchair to rent and it was reserved over a month ago. The only help I was left with was that the Indian guy “Adam” who couldn’t speak English was gracious enough to provide a full refund (enter sarcasm). I was left with 24 hrs to try and scramble to find something for my elderly family member coming into town for post-Christmas. Beware of this clear, nothing more than a broker of a firm that does not care about its customers.

I am a 100% disabled veteran

Clouds of Goods the parent company has looked into isuue. They were responsive and honored the full refund.
They truly respect and honor our military disabled Veterans. I will try them again. They provide disabled vets the mobility freedom to enjoy the quality of life. Like the sacrifice we provide to ensure freedom to our great nation. I salute cloud of goods.

I am a 100% disabled veteran, and I rented a scooter.
The scooter arrived with dead batteries. The agent then swapped out the scooter, but this one smelled like an ash tray. I told the agent that i did not want to use this scooter. He initially stated that he would give me 100% refund and would pick up the scooter. he then texted me back and told me he would not pick up the scooter and for me to keep it with no charge. I told him I would not use it, he stated he would pick up on weds. We left Thursday morning, and the scooter was still at the pickup point. He did not pick up till later on Friday. Friday night I got a call from him Juan A Hernandez who told me he would not refund any money and was very rude. I hope the parent company looks into this issue. No way to treat our Disabled Veterans.

First they were supposed to drop off…

First they were supposed to drop off the wheel chair. But called me demanding I pick it up. Since it was too late to make other arrangements I agreed to it. I get there and no one is there to meet me, or even make sure I get the right wheelchair or check it out to make sure it's okay.

We get to the park, and after a couple of hours one of the wheels of the wheelchair breaks. I contact them and they are able to bring a replacement, so they are able to bring a replacement to the park, but couldn't meet me at the park? I get the replacement, but I am told I will have to drop it off, and they won't pick it up.

My family sadly go Covid so I had other things on my mind, and after we are fine. I contact them about my experience. Because I waited too long to contact them, there is not much they can do, that is basically what they said. Offered me a discount on a future rental, but I will never do business with this company again.

Absolutely terrible customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service. Never received the rental but want to charge me anyway to sum it up. They were outside their own window of delivery by 12 min with no response to our texts for over 30 min because their phone was in “eco” mode. Unprofessional and unacceptable. In that time we got a rental at the Six Flags itself which btw was cheaper by about $30+. What would you do if you were waiting on a delivery for over 30 min with no response? Chalked it up to being a scam and got another. Now they want to blame me for changing the delivery time, blame the prior customer as well, even though they were the ones that agreed upon the time. Clearly understaffed, unprofessional, and horrible customer service. Idk on what world they live in that someone should pay for goods not delivered or services not rendered. Never again. Avoid at all costs.

Update: +1 Got a full refund, future discount and apology for the experience. While I might never use their service again based on first impressions, it's nice they take reviews seriously.

Terrible company to deal with

Terrible company to deal with. Take your money charge your credit card. A few days later you get an email that says they are working to find a local fulfillment agency. A few days later they canceled the order you placed that they cannot fulfill. Now I am only five days out of needing the wheelchair.Never again.

Mobility Scooter did not live up to the write up

Ordered Mobility Scooter a week before trip. Ordered a 4 Wheel Scooter, but got a 3 Wheel Delivered. Order had description of Ultra Light Mobility Scooter for up to 250 pound person giving a 15 mile range. First couple days, we barely got back to the hotel. It stranded us on the 3rd day. Cloud of Goods replaced it the next day with an upgrade, but the experience was stressful.

Quick, easy and convenient. I was able to schedule super last minute and get my rental within hours. The scooter was clean and worked great, held battery all day. Definitely would recommend.

Unethical return policy

Update- After multiple emails Cloud of Goods did reach out and resolved this issue to my satisfaction. So I have changed the rating to 3-stars.
Original review-Unethical return policy. The scooter was heavy and difficult to use around London, which led us to return it after just one week, despite paying for a two-week rental. However, the company refused to issue any refund due to their rigid policy. It feels like double-dipping since the scooter was returned early, and there’s nothing stopping them from re-renting it immediately. This policy feels unreasonable and unethical toward customers.

Cloud of Goods made a trip to Disney World a joy!

Cloud of Goods made a trip to Disney World completely worry free. My Mom is not able to walk more than 10 steps so I knew going into this trip for her 87th Birthday that were going to need precise logistics to make it a special day for her. Additionally, my husband has back issues so he was going to need a scooter as well to enjoy the day with our group of 12. From the moment I rented the two scooters to the end of the journey, Cloud of Goods was there for us. The communication on the morning of the trip was excellent. We knew where to meet and they were there waiting for us. It was a seamless transition to get us on our way to the park. Having the ability to rent the scooters for one day, and delivered to the park was beyond what I thought was possible because other companies required a two or three day rental which did not work for our needs. Cloud of Goods delivered precisely where we needed it to be and picked it up at the end of our Disney day. 10 Stars would be more appropriate for the level of service and hospitality that we were offered. I will be back and will rent again. I highly recommend Cloud of Goods!

Cloud of goods made renting a mobility…

Cloud of goods made renting a mobility scooter so easy. Great communication and amazing service. I filled everything out through their website and the next morning Henry delivered the scooter. He took a few moments to show us how everything worked. When we were finished, we left the scooter at our hotel and it was picked up. The experience could not have been better.

Onsite delivery to my hotel, excellent communication with the delivery team. Checked in on me during the rental period to ensure everything was going smooth. Reminders about pick up time, & even an extension rental time was flawless! Will definitely use Cloud of Goods again!!

Super convenient & easy to operate!

I really love that I was able to rent a mobility scooter while visiting a downtown area as I knew I would not be able to walk extensively. I was intimidated by picking one up so having this company deliver one made all the difference. I am very grateful for this service.

Mobility Service in Lisbon

We have used your service several times in the past. Our rental was out of Lisbon, Portugal. The communication and service was Exceptional!! The company accommodated our needs with drop off and pickup and gave great recommendations for our travels. Having this mobility scooter made our trip to Portugal memorable. Worn out equipment and bad customer assitance.

When in Anaheim I rented a heavy duty scooter and they brought a regular duty scooter that was damaged and was not in working order. The right signal was broken along with both armrests. They provided a different scooter and it was okay but ran out of battery about seven hours into our Disney park visit. Contacted the company and was told that they could not enter the park to pick up their scooter and that I would have to push the scooter to the entrance of the park. I informed them that i had just recently had back surgery and that was why I rented the scooter. This was the most awful experience I have had with any rental company. I would not ever rent from them again and would encourage other people to stay away from this company. They contacted me and were supposed to return the call with some kind of discount if possible and they never did. I hope this review reaches Cloud of Goods and that it somehow changes their attitude about customer service.

Nicole S. did a phenomenal job! She went above and beyond to resolve a major issue that stemmed from miscommunication with Cedar Point. Thanks to her quick action and dedication, she quite literally saved our trip.
