Absolutely Brilliant

Brilliant! It truly transformed our holiday with my nan who struggles with her hips, meant we could go on walks and everything with her. Also got the foldable one so we could travel on the metro etc. also the money we saved getting taxis it paid for itself!

Fantastic!
First time Scooter user.
Was concerned about walking and standing in queues for four days at Disneyland Paris but the Mobility Scooter was delivered to and picked up at my hotel. The company even let me keep it for an extra few hours when my plans changed.
Comfortable and kept the charge really well. Website made it easy to select the correct scooter for my needs. Competitive prices. Will definitely use them again.

Battery stayed charge for at least 8 to 10 hours which was really good seeing you are out for a long day there
Scooter are top quality hira for 4 days easy pick up and drop of at the hotel

OutrageousRented amobility scooter for our…

Rented amobility scooter for our vacation in Sharm for 8 days. There were various issues, which made me give only 1 star.
1 - the scooter was battered and old, some parts held together by adhesive tape; the worst though was battery life. After three short trips in the resort the battery was at the end.
2 - reservation mix up. I have MS, so I need the scooter till the end of the trip, ie till April 8. For some unknown reasons, the reservation ran on till April 1. That shouldn’t happen.
3 - pricing. I thought that the price of $450 for eight days is quite a note, but I rented it anyway, but then it turned out that this was the price for two days never ever would have rented it if I knew that this was the price for two days. That is simply outrageous.

Concerning the reservation dates, we sincerely apologize for the confusion. This should not have happened, especially considering your situation. Please share your booking reference so we can investigate this issue thoroughly and prevent it from happening again.

As for the pricing, we understand your concern. According to your booking details, the total amount was composed of:

Rental: €229.94
Delivery service: €200.00
Total: €429.94

The rental price itself is in line with the market, as providers usually charge based on the full rental period (the longer the rental, the lower the daily rate). A significant part of the cost corresponds to the delivery service, which is set by each local provider depending on distance, logistics, and local conditions.

Please note that customers also have the option to pick up the equipment directly from the store, which reduces the total cost.

Regarding the equipment condition, customers are always free to refuse the equipment at the time of delivery if it does not meet expectations. Once accepted, it is considered approved in its delivered condition. As rental equipment is used regularly, it may show signs of wear, although it should always remain fully functional.

We take your comments very seriously and will review your case in detail with the local provider.

Absolutely great service from start to finish

Absolutely great service from start to finish. We hired 2 scooters both were delivered to the hotel the night before we had booked them for, even had a WhatsApp to so they were there and with an additional contact.
The scooters were comfortable and the batteries on both of them was amazing, we spent 2 full days in Disneyland and the batteries still had plenty of power left each day.
I would highly recommend this company and will definitely book with them again.

Ho preso a noleggio uno scooter per disabili tramite Motion4Rent per una vacanza familiare a New York di una settimana.Ho fatto un noleggio di quattro giorni , e la ditta che mi hanno indicato sul posto me lo ha portato un giorno prima in Hotel e non solo ..avevo bisogno di tenerlo un altro giorno e non c’è stato nessun problema.devo dire che sono veramente bravi , se hai bisogno ti rispondono in poco tempo

Do not use in Tenerife

Initial order process for a mobility scooter for my husband was very good.
Order was from Monday 23rd March 10am until Friday 27th March 6pm, the scooter was delivered to our hotel in Tenerife on time, but we were advised it would be collected at 3.30pm on the Friday as that is the latest pick up time.
Came to use it on day 3 and the scooter had been taken from the charging point at the hotel.
Called the company straight away and was told to ask reception to view CCTV. Only the police can view footage.
The company said they would try to locate the scooter and call us the next morning. NO PHONE CALL!!!
My husband had to call them and ask what was happening.
Driver turned up at the hotel with no replacement and gave €20as a refund for 2 days.
Will not recommend this company or use again!

As informed by our collaborator, the scooter was delivered correctly, and you were told that the latest pick-up time would be 4:30 PM on the last day. If you needed more time, you could leave the key at reception.

On the third day, when you contacted us, you informed us that the scooter had been taken from the hotel, mentioning that it had been stolen. After consulting with the hotel to check the security cameras, unfortunately, it was not possible to access the footage. Given the inability to locate the scooter, our collaborator confirmed that it had been stolen.

Since there was little time left in the rental period, you were offered the option to replace the scooter or proceed with a refund for the unused days. As you recall, you opted for the refund, which was €20, and you accepted it without issue.

The entire process was correctly managed by our collaborator , who also received the key and closed the process properly. No direct complaints were raised at that time.

We apologize again for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding. We are committed to continuously improving to provide the best possible service.

I am delighted with the service

I am delighted with the service. Everything went according to plan. The mobility scooter that I ordered was perfect for my needs scooting around Amsterdam was very easy and enabled me to enjoy my time there which I otherwise would not be able to do. I must say the people of Amsterdam are very courteous and made using the scooter easy.

Fabulous Experience

Fabulous experience from an excellent Company. I booked last minute when realising after just 1 day of walking in the Disneyland Paris park that my mobility issues were going to ruin my experience. Booked a disability scooter the evening before and the equipment was delivered to my hotel the following morning. Communication via email was excellent. I was provided with contact details in case of problems with the equipment but had no issues whatsoever. The equipment was clean and in good condition and the battery charger was small, light and easy to use. I needed to extend the rental for an additional 2 hours and this was confirmed to be no problem at all. Thanks to everyone at this Company my 4 day trip to Disneyland Paris was memorable for all the right reasons!

Tener mucho cuidado al alquilar una scoteer porque a mi me intentaron estafar. Este enero estuve en Puerto de la Cruz Tenerife y alquile una scoter maxi afikin c4 por un día y cuando fui a por ella me dieron una mas pequeña y mas barata diciéndome que era la que había alquilado le dije que no era esa y le enseñe las fotos y los papeles y me dicen primero que esta estropeada la que había alquilado y luego que ellos no tenían ese modelo cuando me lo habían confirmado por email, Al final cuándo no les quedaba mas remedio me dieron la diferencia. El trato no podía ser peor el encargado malos modos porque no te dejaba hablar incluso me llego a decir que conmigo no quería hablar. El número de la reserva es 1000034933

Servizio utilissimo e puntuale

Servizio utilissimo e puntuale. Il dispositivo era in ottime condizioni e conforme alla richiesta. Il problema è stato il suo utilizzo a Praga a causa della pavimentazione stradale molto sconnessa che non conoscevo. Mio marito ha fatto molta fatica nell'accompagnarmi. Dovreste evidenziare il problema nel momento della richiesta ed eventualmente offrire un dispositivo diverso.
