The shifting was really smooth. The behaviour of everyone was so professional and friendly. The package , loading and unloading was really hassle free.

We recently used their services to shift from Mumbai to Barmer, it was very nice experience. They over delivered their commitment by shifting the goods in 4 days for a approx distance of 1000 KM. It was a shared mode of transport

Good service with minimum pricing

I had Shubham and Tapas from cloud packers and movers help me move out of my current flat. Very patient and respectful people, did everything with calm and composure and for most reasonable cost. Other movers i have tried have been expensive and rude. Tgis was truly a nice change and good experience.

I got timely delivery. There were small damages and two leaks in my package but nothing major.
Overall experience was very smooth.

Good Service From The Coordinator Ayushi, The Packers Were Adequate But A Few Of My Things Did Brake When It Reached Here

I shifted from Mumbai to Delhi and experienced hassle free packing and moving with budget friendly pricing. The company kept my goods at their godown for around 20 days without any additional cost. Overall very satisfied with the services of the company and behaviour of Mr. Murlidhar.

I moved my house from Mumbai to Bangalore through Cloud Packers. Everything was very smooth and convenient right from packing my luggage from Mumbai to dropping it in my bangalore house. They also have me a week ro keep my luggage in their warehouse until I could find a house in Bangalore. Thank Cloud Packers. Highly recommended.

I have tried first time there service is both side ..my cargo dispatched from Mumbai to Delhi.... cloud packers staff is also good they have good knowledge how to deal with customer and main thing is they cost is cheap and service is so good I wish them all the best...I will more service to them

I hired Cloud Packers and Movers to relocate my household items and vehicle from Pune to Hyderabad in April 2025, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Tapas Kumar Sahoo, the executive managing the move, was highly unprofessional. My TV was damaged, my car’s CNG system was affected, and they also misplaced more than 8 of my flower plants during the move.

I had paid for insurance coverage and they haven't provided the same to me. Specifically for my TV, but despite multiple follow-ups, they are not processing the insurance claim or providing any proper support. The lack of accountability, poor handling, and unresponsive service have made this a frustrating and costly experience.

I strongly advise others to be very cautious before choosing Cloud Packers and Movers.

Worst Service Ever!

I had the most frustrating experience with this shifting service. My marble temple was broken, my bed was damaged beyond repair, and my showpiece was destroyed! These were valuable and sentimental items, and the complete disregard for their safety is appalling.

Richa, the person who took responsibility for the move, has been completely unresponsive. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times to resolve the issue, but there’s been no reply or apology. This is utterly unacceptable!

I demand compensation for the damages. This kind of negligence is beyond words, and I would NEVER recommend this service to anyone. Avoid at all costs!

Very careful shifting. Workers coordinator shiva has been so keen on safety of the products. Mr.Rafi has made the process work so smoothly without any hiccups on very short notice. Really trustworthy. I would recommend to my peers.

We lost two watches. One is Fastrack and another one is Cult sports smart watch. It is very bad experience. I get to know once we arranged every thing. Apart from that they have changed 800.
